Healthy & Fit has been around for decades.I use this when I'm feeling 'run-down'This cures that problem.Used it when I was developing a fever.Took 1 serving then sleep. Upon awakening I was cured. This has happened six times.Two of the six times I just ate some nutritious food & went to sleep. Upon awakening, I was still getting chills, aching, & getting sicker. So, I consumed 1 serving & went back to sleep. Upon awakening, again I was cured. How is this possible?? Well, there is alot that science & medicine does not yet fully understand about protein & how amino acids function in the body.

It works great and has the right proteins in the form the body makes good use of.Yeah, it does not use the artificial sweeteners that other companies use like sucralose that has an aliphatic chloride that gives chemists the heebie jeebies, though approved by the FDA in the quantities used. Nor does it contain Aspartame which releass methanol into your system and gives me a headache likely due to the excess free phenylalanine. I chose not to ingest the these since the body still responds to artificial sweetener to produce glucose intolerance. It tasted funny at first when I switched from a sucralose brand but now I like it very much.

Great Pure Whey. No nasty additives or sugar that are harmful to your health. The Vanilla flavor is better than the Chocolate, I mix it with no flavor Casein and add bananas, cinammon and ice. Taste awesome highly recommend

The five star reviewers must be shills for the company. This stuff is nasty. It has a cloying, icky taste, then a sweetish after taste. I tried it with fresh strawberries and couldn't finish the glass.I have had bariatric surgery and must drink at least 20 grams of protein a day. But it won't be this protein. I am trying to return the container. I just opened it and used one scoopful and can't force myself to use any more.* Added later: I tried to return this nasty stuff and the company sent me a link back to Amazon for a return and it never got to the return label stage. The return page sent me back to the company for return. I'm tossing the product, recycling the container and warning as many people as I can this company isn't one you can communicate with.
