Easy to fix and super useful if you're getting metered water. It's DIY fix and a small config to pair it the first time.Service personal is damn cooperative and accommodating to our timelines.First to.e pairing instructions for those who hate to call.1. In receiver, while pressing white button, switch on the device and keep it pressed until you hear three beeps2. All leds will be stationary now3. Before inserting battery in transmitter, press and hold the smll button in the device(on the board) and while keeping it pressed, put the battery.4. An led in the transmitter will flash and you can also see the receiver leds which were stationary until then start flashing again.5. Now join black wire in transmitter to any of the wires for a sec and put all connections as they were supposed to be as per the instructions.Now you're all set3. Don't purchase this product. Worked fine for 10 days. After that adapter got busted. Contacted seller by email. He asked us to purchase a new adapter locally. Tried that also. Product still not working. Seller not responding to mails. Rs. 2000 wasted....

Product is very good & fine .Due to this indicator current bill is too less compare with last month .In watertank water will get overflow . Aft installing indicator no water overflow & tank empty problems Very good product installation is also very easy ......But product is some wat costly...

I purchased a unit through Amazon ( Invoice DL-165051291-1718 dated 24/07/2017) .The performance has been quite satisfactory. But recently when I tried to open the box to replace the batteries , I found all the screws rusted and am unable to open the box. I sprayed WD-40 but that did not help.I am attaching a photograph for your ready reference.Please advice. Your assistance will be deeply appreciated , keeping in mind the crisis we face in the present water situation.

I have bought two wireless water level indicators - one for my underground sump tank and one for my overhead water tank . I fitted both the systems by myself . The receivers were fitted in my living room which is one floor above the water sump tank and the overhead tank is 3 floors above the living room. I had no issues with the underground sump water level indicator. However the overhead water tank level was not being indicated by its receiver which was constantly searching for the signal . I emailed the seller on a Sunday with my query asking for possible solutions and was pleased to get a reply within an hour. I followed the instructions given by the seller ( I was advised to remove the red antenna wire from the receiver through the small hole in the top of the receiver after unscrewing the 4 screws . Immediately the receiver picked up the signal and commenced indicating the water level of the overhead tank.The system is user friendly but the process of fixing the sensor wires in the tank needs some innovation.Overall the whole experience has been quite good and would definitely encourage people who want such a product to go for it

Works intermittently , keeps searching for signal , go and reset , although nice initiative but not worth the price

1. Sturdy Product2. Installation is easy3. Pairing is easy and takes a while to understand the system4. Works perfectly for 2 floor height5. You can turm off the reciever when not in use and on turning on back the reciever will pair itself with the transmitter.

This is actually not a finished product. It stops functioning in less than a month. Level displayed is erratic
