Only one of the two batteries work,one does not charge or switch on. I can't see how to arrange a replacement of one unit using the normal return/refund process

The hidden bonus
These are great batteries. They have the White/ blue /red lights that are far better than the Blue/red that so many sellers are doing nowadays. But the hidden bonus for me is the charger that comes with these batteries, I had five batteries that I had written off because the charger thread had gone on the batteries, not so, it was the thread in the charger that had gone, so I have gained five batteries, bonus.

Only have half the battery life of other 2200 mah I have bought before

Stopped working after less than two months!
Lasted less than two months and didn’t hold a charge well. I was lucky if I got 5 hours charge. No idea how to contact the seller when there’s a problem, so it’s just a waste of money!
