Ultimate Marked Deck (RED Back Bicycle Cards)

This is an utter scam. This is just a normal red bicycle deck. I'm very familiar with the UMD, and this is NOT it. There are no markings on this deck that reveal the suit and value WHATSOEVER. All of the backs are identical. I'm so mad right now.... I hate being made a fool of. You can't just sell a normal deck and call it a marked one. I should have known to trust the reviews. This seller should be banned from Amazon! I will be escalating this as far as I can take it and DEFINITELY sending this ridiculous normal deck back. It's a $2 deck they are selling for five times its value and that has to be illegal.

The media could not be loaded. Don’t listen to any of these comments claiming they aren’t marked. Either they can’t read the markings or they had some mistake. I will provide pics of the markings. Now of course comparing these to the $40 retail version they aren’t as thick and don’t spread like real bikes but no one in a million years is going to know that unless their an avid poker player or something. Enjoy a great deal or go buy the real thing elsewhere, just quit complaining lol.

I bought this deck of cards years ago and they were great! Nice quality and the marks were easy to read once you figured out how to read them. I have now boughten 3 decks in two separate orders within the last few months because I wanted more. They are nice cards but are NOT marked. This is false advertising and fraud, and for the cost, I should be receiving what was advertised and what I have boughten in the past! I’m done buying from this company. It’s not worth the money for a standard card deck.

I ignored all the other reviews that said these cards aren’t marked. Shame on me. I don’t know why I was stupid like that. When the deck arrived, I saw the sticker on it (see picture) that said it’s the Ultimate Marked deck. But when I opened the deck and looked at the cards, there is no marking. Look at the picture of three cards. The marking should be in the upper left corner of the back of the card. There is no marking. The picture shows no marking, and three identical card backs. This is a disgrace that unmarked, regular decks of cards have been furnished to so many buyers.

As an Amateur Magician, I find that the product is very well made, and the markings do not stand out unless you are particularly looking for them. Probably the major thing I like is that you are not writing or printing on the cards. The quality of the playing cards seems to be a bit off (the cutting of the cards) but I have noticed that the quality of bicycle playing cards in general has decreased a bit over the last couple of years.P.S. If you "take the cards to the movies", you will notice the markings.

Ordered this from 'Invest and Grow' and received a much cheaper ($12) Bicycle double back deck instead of this one. Others have received a standard Bicycle deck in place of this one. Many sellers doing this assuming you won't notice in time or won't hassle with a return. I bought this deck many years ago but don't know what happened to it so I thought I'd get another when several sellers were selling at about half normal price. Five stars for the deck I bought years back; reasonably easy to read, looked like a normal Bicycle deck and was as well made as a normal deck. Returned the cheap substitute.Update 12/30/23: ordered same from seller LDB Fashions and again instead was sent the much cheaper double back deck. Bar code was for the right item but the wrong item sent again. Returning.Update 1/27/24: ordered from seller Fiterit and seller greenBulk and both sent a standard $2.50 deck of cards instead of the marked deck. Both had a bar code sticker listing them as the 'Ultimate Marked Deck'. I recommend checking one star ratings even of supposedly highly rated sellers to look for these scams. If anyone finds a legitimate seller please post who they are so buyers can use them and avoid the scammers. Returning. Now zero for four.Update 11/17/24: Having given up on finding a real Bicycle magic deck amongst the ubiquitous scammers here selling at huge discount and substituting $2.50 regular Bicycle decks, I ordered from a reputable online specialty magic company ($40). As expected I received a genuine deck which I'm very happy to finally have - except for how pricey it is.PS- the box of the real Bicycle Ultimate Magic deck differs in only small ways from the regular Bicycle Rider Back deck but if you know what to look for it's easy to identify. The bottom of the magic deck has a copyright date of 2014, has an MD in a circle logo beneath which in very tiny letters is the url of the company that commissioned Bicycle to make them (magicdream).

By definition Ultimate Marked Decks are supposed to be marked on the card back itself in a defined way. I ordered two sets of these and found that both were just STANDARD Bicycle Rider backed decks with NO markings. The only difference from a standard deck was the paper sticker affixed to the bottom of the card box indicating that it was supposed to be an Ultimate Marked Deck. One can buy standard decks from many other sources for much cheaper. This is a rip-off.

Pay attention to all reviews even no to one star.As with many other buyers, I received a standard rider back bicycle deck with absolutely no marks. Nothing different from a regular deck. A complete waste of everyone's time, DO NOT BUY!Most expensive deck of normal playing cards ever bought.
