it does what it needs to. Provide additional power for a phone that doesn't have the biggest battery. The amount you get is great. The charge speed isn't the fastest but it works. And it allows charge through which is amazing because getting the phone in and out of the case isn't the easiest. Id recommend this for anyone who travels or won't have access to a charger very easily. In those cases, this is a must. The case is pretty thick so probably not a daily use case especially due to lack of protection, but overall definitely a buy

I've had the case less than 2 months and it already has a connectivity issue that prevents a charge. Poor quality.

Love the product worked well I have been recently having issues charging the case tho. Purchased Oct 2020 and just recently started having issues. Beautiful product however having trouble getting in touch with punk about warranty exchange.

Either the battery capacity is a lie or the battery is shot. Charges my phone maybe 5% before dying which shouldn't be possible considering the case is advertised to have a larger capacity than the phone itself. It also charges very slowly, mostly keeping the percent stagnant rather than charging. Shame I wasted a pop socket on it.

The product worked well for about a month to charge the phone at night with the wall charger with the case still on. Now it's not charging as fast with the case on and I find my phone battery is draining much much faster.What is still good about the case is that it still works well when I press the button to charge the phone when I get to 15 %.

So far its amazing im not juggling around a battery pack and cord just to charge my phone. I had ordered fro. Another company and they sent a case for an iPhone xr. Completely different pjo e to my s10e
