Difficult Drinking Aparatus
I am so sorry that I can't return it, but I already used it and threw away the packaging. I don't like the opening at all. It's this tiny hole that you have to get your mouth around and not hit the open/close lid with your lips. If you're not careful, you can snap the opening closed with your upper lip. I am trying to drink hot tea from it today, and it is a cumbersome -- not well designed at all. On the plus side, it's a cute color; it seems to keep the liquid hot; and, I like that it holds 18oz's instead of 16oz's; although, I haven't verified the capacity yet.

I love it! It keeps my coffee warm for more than 12 hrs! I mean steam still comes out when I pour another cup!
