This is an awesome product! I tried this because I am getting a little older and noticed that I was a little out of wack hormonally this got me right back to where my body needed to be.

I am 54, I am am not menopausal yet, but I take one cap a day, for hormone and mood balancing, to maintain a good energy level, and to help with hair growth. It seems to work well, and do be aware, this stuff is a major aphrodisiac!... so if your libido is low, and you (or your partner) want it to be higher, you may love this stuff. I chose this supplement because I was just so impressed with the extensive information provided on the website. Clearly WWB has put a lot of care into the crafting of this natural product. My naturopathic physician also gave her stamp of approval on this supplement, when I told her I wanted to go back to it after she had tried to put me on Vitex (chaste tree) for hormone support instead. Vitex gave me heart palpitations and insomnia! The SHE supplement has NO side effects for me. I will say that it is very mildly energizing though, so I take it in the morning, never close to bed time. Very grateful to WWB that they created a natural hormone support supplement for sensitive types!

I thought the formula would work since it said it's for sensitive people.. However, it was still to strong for my body (the maca):( Made me feel VERY fatigued, it was too stimulating for me. I only tried one pill:(
