This is my first time buying and tasting this spice and it is so so lovely and delicious and elevates my baking. I use it as a secret ingredient in my shortbread and nut based cakes. Beautful - the flavor really comes through. It is that "mmm tastes so good but can't pinpoint why"!

I like that it did not come through a third party. It was sealed properly, fresh, andjust as advertised.I tried it for the first time this morning on some tart apple with honey and lemon juice and it was Wonderful!What a delightful discovery and welcome addition to my spice rack.I'll purchase through this seller again and again I'm sure.

I used this product to make arras, a holiday bread in Syria. The bread came out as usual except for the aroma I am used to. I will add extra for next batch to see if that works better. Otherwise, the product seemed fresh, clean, well grounded and the expected aroma was faint.

Thought this because I had been sent a selection of pastries and wanted to be able to recreate them myself.
