General scrotal pain during the day and during the night, or nearly 24 hours/day. I was a bit suspect of the non-stretch waist band. Turns out that the non-stretch holds the sac much better. Finally a scrotal support that is comfortable on all 24 hours. The best part is the sac's exterior edges. Its is a double the soft material and does not cause pain where the sac hugs under the scrotum, which has always been the problem area with previous suspensories. Be sure to order by the length of the waist band. I'm a 35"waist and the medium waist band had another 5 inches to go. The sac size is determined by the waist size. I was skeptical but the sac size fit fine. Just bought a second one.

Quality seems good enough. If it is used for after surgery care and there is alot of swelling like my patient has, the pouch is no where near big enough.

I first ordered this product in July of 2021. I ordered the medium size which turned out to be a little 'roomier' that I was hoping for. I prefer a little more support. I decided to try the small. This turned out to be just the right support for me. I was happy to find a product that worked so well.forward to April of 2022. I decided to order three more of the small size thinking that I would have a reasonable supply. Unfortunately, the folks at Champion decided to make some changes. They did improve the snap, however they also changed the design of and material of the pouch. The new version is MUCH smaller. It's hardly a pouch at all. They 'fixed' something that, at least to me, wasn't broken. So I will need to search out other options.

Didn't run into any major complications, but my results weren't "rest for the weekend and return to work on Monday," either. everything was still very sore about a week out, with pain and bruising 6 days post. I researched a bit and decided to give this thing a try. Worked to hold things in place and ease the pain so much more than my homemade contraption; worth the investment.

I had ordered a Scrotal Suspensory pouch forty years ago. Provided no support whatever. I wrote the manufacturer asking why they did not have straps at the bottom of the pouch that would keep the pouch from riding up over the testicles. When I got this one, it was exactly the same poor design and not useful for anything. Even the elastic straps were so bad, I could not use it for a sling shot.Don't buy waste of time, money with no benefit whatsoever.P D

I used this extensively after my vasectomy. It gave me great support, helped keep the healing pains at bay quite a bit. Was able to ice effectively with it on too. I had to wear it longer than I expected, and it stood up to the use. Highly recommend this to 'tight underwear' after that kind of surgery, it's much more effective.

Cheap snap will not hold strap to cup when you move. Elastic above cup irritates penis. Cup moves out of position and needs frequent adjustments throughout the day. Strap provides no help in keeping this belt positioned. Found one with an elastic belt that fits much better and offers comfortable support from a different manufacturer.

When you order you are ordering for the size of your testicles. Not Your Waste Size. My size is between a Medium and a Large. My testicles aren't swollen so they are a normal size. But at the age of 70 they are beginning to sag. So I ordered the small. This device effectively lifts my testicles so they are comfortable. While at the same time allowing my penis to hang, and that feels real good. I think I've used all the politically correct words. But basically my dick and nuts are real happy.
