Two of the springs we're popped off when we got the first one and even though a tool is included, it didn't not help because the springs are very tight and it was impossible to hook them. We exchanged it for a new one and this one seems to be fine now. I really like it. Easy to assemble, pretty fun to work out on. 30 min on it made my abs sore the next day.It's a bit loud so can get annoying if you're not the one jumping on it.

My wife and I love using this trampoline. It's a simple low/no-impact workout that's great for the entire body. My only complaint about it is that it's VERY noisy. I can hear when my wife is using it from the other side of the house. That's the price you pay for having metal springs though as opposed to the more expensive models. Still, a lot of great value here for the price and if you're looking for a great workout at a low cost and low impact, I'd still very much recommend this.

So far so good except that the spring holding one of the legs snapped when we first opened it. I think it was stuck on something. The leg still sits snuggly on the rod so we can still use it, just a bummer that it broke right away. So far so good other than that. Bringing lots of smiles to our faces as a tool to keep fit while having fun.

I'm so glad that I got this brand. It was very easy to assemble--just unfold. I use a You Tube video for instruction and exercise just ten minutes a day. I'm losing my stomach and feeling much more energetic. It appears to be very well-made. I also really like the bar that comes with it. There have been a few times where I thought that I might fall and had to grab the bar. This is much less money than the name brand. So far, I am really enjoying it and would not hesitate to recommend it.

I am new to rebounding so I thought I shouldn't spend a lot before I knew if I'd like it. I was pleasantly surprised. For the money this is the perfect rebounder. The handle is a little shaky and it's a bit noisy. Overall I think it is fine. I would buy again.

The product does exactly what I expected it to do! It’s perfect for workouts during shelter-in-place!!!The balance bar could not be installed, however, because the holes do not line up with the pin/snap. Out of 4 holes, only 2 line up.

It CAN be assembled by one person, BUT, two people would make it a lot easier. I'm 70 & assembled it myself. Just plain old common sense. I do not jump high on it but I do bounce a lot. It's quiet. My suggestion would be to put a pair of shoes on, When I use it bare-footed it hurts my calves in a short time. My cat likes to sleep under it, so if you have small animals, it would be wise to check underneath it before you get on. Have fun!!! :-)

Easy to assemble! Legs do not tighten and tend to wobble a bit. Also the handrail is very loose once is snapped on and you cannot tighten it, which leaves you with a 4-5" play while holding on.....doesn't give you a sense of being secure. Also the rubber padding on the handrail has a TERRIBLE odor; identical to the formaldehyde smell you find in some black denim fabric. This is highly toxic and impossible to get out! If you hold onto the handrail, you will have this smell on your hands, even after washing multiple times.. I'll more than likely just discard the handrail and use the trampoline only. Should be fine!
