Defective
I have already sent one back, and my replacement came today with the same problem. It won't turn on. Idk what to do with it, and I'm kinda pissed. I wanted to be able to use it at a festival I'm going to tomorrow. Anybody else had this problem?

Disappointed/Misleading
This watch is great looking. But when I went to Best Buy to buy the SIM and SD cards that were said to be required, t he people at Best Buy said I'd have to go to my cell phone carrier (Verizon) and have them add it to our plan -- for an extra $10.00 a month! This cell phone watch was advertised as a stand-alone phone, and no mention was made of a monthly charge. I will probably end up sending it back.

For wife as she is driving, shopping with phone in purse.
Instructions are unreadable, once figured out it is pretty easy to use. Touch screen is good, calls can be easily answered and received. Audio is pretty good both directions. Not enough time yet to see about durability, battery life. It recharges well and battery level is pretty easy to see on it's screen. For the cost, it is a good product. We are pleased and would purchase it again.

Price matches Quality
For the price it isn't bad. However the band was a little uncomfortable, and not quite long enough for my wrist. Quality shown in the price. I ended up ordering a different one as this did not fit my daily life, or what I wanted from a smart watch.

Not my best choice
The charger doesn't connect well.The instructions are too small, I had to take a picture and enhance it to read them.The options aren't easy to choose as they are to small as well, you try to choose one thing but something else is chosen because the space is too small.The graphics look cheap.

Wrong charger sent now I have to sent BOTH back!!!
The charger that was sent with the watch does NOT fit!!!!!DAY#2 I received a replacement and it's the SAME problem, THE CHARGER DOES NOT FIT! SENDING BOTH BACK.

Unable to charge watch
This watch came with a charging cord which was too big. Found out later when l gave it as a gift he said he could not charge it. Can I have the watch replaced? Or get the proper charging cord?Box was not opened until l gave the gift 4 months later.
