Was a little nerve ranking at first when put together but that's what the video is for right. Watch the video had put together within 20 minutes. Looks great and holds up well. Great for the money I truly recommend

I’m a bit disappointed at the quality of the fabric. Once I finished putting it together, I put the cover on and went to zip the front down and two of the four zippers came off along with one of the ties to tie the cover down.

Update: The company didn’t replace item but they did promptly issue a refund.I received item on time. With other projects at hand, I just opened it today. There didn’t seem to be enough items in the box to build the shoe rack as pictured. As I laid the items out to assemble the shoe rack, I realize that there wasn’t a cover piece to go over the shoe rack. The cloth in it, is to build the shelves. Hmm.. the shoe rack would work without the cover but that was the main appeal of it for me. I figured I would go ahead and assemble it to organize my shoes in my closet as planned and I would contact the seller for the cover. As the instructions suggest, I counted all of the pieces to make sure everything was included. Not only was I missing the cloth cover but I was also missing one of the 56cm poles and one of the small cloths. I had an extra stray bar that wasn’t in the separated bunches nor the same as any of the others or on the instructions. Also another small metal pole piece. I placed it to the bar to see if it may have gotten cut off or something but that would make it too long. As shown in photos. I would like the missing parts sent but I can’t find an email or way to contact the seller. If the seller would please send me the missing parts, I would be happy to assemble and update my review. Otherwise I will need to request to return it. The missing pieces are the cloth cover that goes over the shoe rack, one (Pipe one 22 root 56cm) pole and one inter layer cloth for shelf.

Comes in a deceivingly small box, but so big! Easy to put together! Great value!

I like this shoe shelf. It's very easy to assemble. It fits in my closet, and all of my shoes fit inside it. Work boots, dress shoes, and all my other shoes are neatly put away. The dust cover keeps shoes from getting dirty when I don't wear them for a long time.The only thing I don't like is that the top of it is not strong enough to be used as a shelf for anything.I would buy this again.

***update after 4 months***This organizer is the worst . The organizer supports have all bent and warped. It was not built to last. I can’t even return it because conveniently it warped after the return window closed.Overall I really like this organizer. It’s large, but fits well in our coat closet. It’s fairly easy to put together, however none of the pieces were labeled. That made assembly a little difficult because some of the posts were just slightly different lengths. The instructions were minimal, but easy to figure out. One big con was I didn’t get all the pieces, so I couldn’t complete the assembly 100%, However amazon was quick to send a replacement. Don’t expect a sturdy end product that can hold heavy items, but for the price it does a great job for its intended purpose.

It fell apart. I really needed this for a temporary shoe and boot rack. As you can see in the picture, it broke. The aluminum frame broke and my shoes all fell in. I've wasted my money.I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE.
