Great quality and super soft. Keeps you cool even when you are having the worst hot flashes. Not too thin and has a little weight so you feel like you have a blanket on you. A must have if you are a hot sleeper.

First, I almost never leave reviews. I'm just too lazy for that. But i cannot tell you how quickly I grabbed my phone to leave this review.I saw a cheaper cooling blanket on TikTok and then anotherone that looked probably more legit that was a lot more expensive called the Ice Blanket. I wanted to try it but came to Amazon because I wanted to be able to return it very easily if it didn't work, which I assumed it didn't.Where I live it's over 100° right now, and the blanket just came off of a truck that's been riding around all day. When I took it out of its little box, the blanket was very hot. The box was hot, it's hot outside, that's to be expected. I unwrapped the packaging, unrolled the blanket, and by the time I sat down on the couch and covered myself with it it was already cooling, and pretty much immediately started making me feel cool. I don't even understand if it's simply the slick material, or if there's more science to it, but I do not care. I sleep hot and I am absolutely ecstatic about using this tonight.

As a women in her 50's hot flashes are not something to joke about. This throw we have been using has been wonderful to keep me cool during the extreme heat wave s awe have had this summer. While light weight it washed well and kept its softness. The dogs like to lay on it as well.

If you overheat while sleeping this blanket helps keep you cool. It's light weight, soft and works great for me with bamboo sheets. It is very thin and folds up nicely so could make a great throw blanket too. It just feels comforting.

It's a normal blanket after a few minutes. Unless you are constantly moving, it warms up pretty fast. Soft. Okay size for one person.

First off, if you sleep hot, this is a helpful product. It doesn’t instantly chill your body but it definitely assists. Ceiling fan or other fan is a great add-on to complete the process.Second, don’t use a sheet. The blanket breathes best when you don’t use a sheet. I love my 600+ thread count cotton as much as anyone but it impedes the cooling effect of this product so avoid if you can.Third, a full size is barely big enough to cover one man and two 40 pound dogs when your spouse or partner doesn’t want your cooling blanket on them. Plan accordingly. If you have two or more dogs that sleep under the blanket with you, go for a queen. Less chance the dog will roll over in its sleep and pull the blanket off of you.Under no circumstances should you let your mother in law wash this blanket unless she religiously follows wash instructions. I allowed mine to be washed and it was run through a full dryer cycle. It’s not ruined but the fabric is all pilled on the cooling side which sucks to have against your skin. ALWAYS air dry your cooling blanket for best results or at the most, tumble alone on low heat or no heat.Finally, I intend to buy another of this product. It’s great. The fabric actually assists with cooling and when flipped over, is a decently warm throw, though if you want to actually be WARM under it, you’ll need to double it over so buy a bigger size or sleep with a sheet or other second layer to keep it warm.Hope this review helps. Remember, don’t let your mother in law wash it. You’ll thank me later.

Got this blanket to help deal with the current heat wave we're having. We don't have A/C. I noticed the difference from a regular blanket immediately. My body stayed cool all night long and I got a comfortable, relaxing sleep.I'm wishing I knew about these blankets a long time ago.

Excelente manta, muy suave, aunque no sé exactamente que parte de la manta debe estar en contacto con el cuerpo, yo me he puesto la parte brillante hacia fuera y la verdad que no e notado esa diferencia de frescor, pero la manta me gusta.
