Beats out others that cost way more!
This toy is unbelievable. not only for the price, but also for the quality and features this helicopter brings. $20 is a steal compared to some of the manufacturer's models. (I'm looking at you, AirHogs) Out of the box, no trim adjustment is needed, because the helicopter is completely stable in the air. However, I would bet you almost anything that you will crash this thing multiple times within the first day of use. The plastic blades will get beaten up, which eventually may cause unstable flight. I recommend picking up a spare set of blades when you order the unit. Included with the helicopter is a USB charging cable that allows the helicopter to be charged from any computer or phone/tablet charger. Also included is a spare tail rotor. Now, let's get into this things flight. It is amazing. If you've flown AirHogs helicopters and been unimpressed, don't let that taint your view of all helicopters out there. This one is extremely stable and easy to fly. However, it is not a hobby-grade unit, nor will it function like one. It is not extremely fast. This is probably a good thing for most of us, who don't want to break the unit on its maiden flight. I have enjoyed hours and hours of fun with this helicopter, and I believe you will too. Charging times are around 40-50 minutes and flight is around 7-12 minutes based on your style of flying.

Incredible toy
I have purchased close to ten of these little guys. They make great gifts and everyone seems to really enjoy them. As mentioned before, there is a slight learning curve with them, but after a few minutes, there are quite easy to control. Don't plan on attaching anything to this in terms of cargo. The motor is only just strong enough to lift the helicopter and allow for maneuverability. For the price of these copters, you can have tons of great fun.

Looking to get into RC helicopters? This is the one you're looking for.
Scoured the internet for reviews and general info on RC helicopters and after a lot of back and forth I decided to go with this helicopter. For the record, I know absolutely nothing about RC helicopters but I did get the sensation that this would be too easy too fly and get boring quickly but luckily, this was not the case. It wasn't charged when I got it (for battery safety reasons, I assume). Charge took roughly 40 minutes via USB. After that I was pretty much flying with no issues. It was surprisingly less easy than I thought to maneuver but at the same time I never felt like it was too difficult. The learning curve was fun and added a little bit of a challenge. Once you start to understand the difference between the throttle and the rotation joysticks, it all falls into place. This thing is durable. Well over 20 crashes and it still works perfectly. You can't do any crazy tricks with this (flips, rolls, etc) but it is really fun for the price. Great for learning and sort of seeing if the RC helicopter hobby is something you'd like to get into more. After 2 weeks I feel like I've almost mastered this chopper and I'm ready to upgrade to a 4-channel but I still feel like I'll keep coming back to this one even after I get a more advanced chopper.NOTES:If your chopper is fully charged but doesn't seem to be responding to your controller just give it a minute! I thought mine had died but it just sort of stalled for a bit. I've had to wait a whole minute before it finally started responding before. Its the only downside but its not a deal-breaker.

Not very fun to fly.
This thing really only hovers and holds position well. Forward/backward is terribly slow and inefficient - it goes forward and back by tilting (achieved by the tail blades). But the copter would constantly try to offset that tilt (because of gyro balancing), so you tilt, it goes forward for a bit. Then you release the forward, and it would tilt back and fly right back. This thing does not fly in any wind. This thing has to take off on a perfectly even surface. (If you try to take off a quad on a severely uneven surface, the sides that are lower would spin stronger until a perfect balance is achieved then it takes off. With this quad, it would just fly off center meaning flying sideways instead of straight up)Cannot fly outdoors. When I saw those Cheerson and Eachine and Wltoys mini quads for under $20 that can fly amazing outdoors against wind and with a good distance, I thought this heli would as well. Not the case. Short range, extremely prone to disconnect. Slightest wind pushes it away. So, this heli is only good for flying in doors, at very close distance to the transmitter (like, in one room), and can really only hover up and down, and yaw left to right. Not the most fun.Battery even though can last 6+ minutes, feels somehow shorter than my Hubsan X4 that flies for 5 minutes. Because the Hubsan could run 100 circles around a room before battery dies out, where the S107 would barely make one lap.

Very good starter RC heli
The product came in very strange boxing, the rc box barely fit into the amazon box, which had bowed out a bit,but did not damage it at all.Charging is a bit off on the one I got, from reviews it seems like it might be just a problem with the battery, my problem is sometimes it wont charge from the controller(the safe way to charge it) unless the battery goes low enough that rotors cut off power. Its not a huge deal you just have to run the power out a bit more, and frankly I'm fairly interested in buying a battery upgrade for it once I figure out which battery fits this design well since weight and balance is a concern.Overall it just is such a solid design over the cheap $10-$30 competitors that the battery issue is completely nonexistent, if you are buying a rc heli and dont know what to get, get a syma 107g of your choice, amazon has several variants that are sold by a few vendors, check one that is sold nearby you, with decent reviews.Seriously, this thing is extremely solid, you stop holding forward on the remote and the thing balances itself almost EXACTLY where you let go, due to the slight rocking motion, its perfect. It can even fight flying around fans and air circulation indoors fairly well :)
