First application took care of a urine smell in a house that had been vacant for 6 to 10 years. The smell was in a bedroom staining hardwood floors.

This is am amazing product. I have animals and NOTHING WORKS FOR URINE- the way this product does. I'm so grateful I am able to find it again.

It did neutralizer odor, BUT it left my mattress lumpy and was hard to get all the residue off the mattress. The stain just increased in size. I would have been better off using Lysol.

This did not work as well as promised. It did a good job of spreading out the stain, but did not remove it.

Yes, the urine smell is gone. But the powdery residue from the solution left serious permanent stains on our couch. Very unhappy.
