I would highly recommend this product...reasonably priced!Easy to use, easy to clean and produces quality end results every time...but always remember that no matter what you do practice makes perfect and whether you are a novice or a professional having quality tools (cases/ whisk/ drill whatever!) make the difference to what you are trying to make.As I said previously, I highly recommend these cases!

... gives off a barely detectable chemical odor when baking financiers. I have since avoided silicone.
