Great product

This case has saved my phone from damage almost once a week.

I'm not a 100% please with this case, where the pen goes that flap cannot close with the pen in place, very disappointed. Need a refund.the plastic that cover the camera bit is not good.

At first it looked a great case,completed the waterproof test first before adding the phone and definitely 100% waterproof.......... BUT after placing the phone into the case, the stylist cover does not close fully and pops open, making it not waterproof. I have read a few other reviews to say this is a common issue with this case. Sadly returned it for a full refund.

Fast delivery, but I think it is a little over priced.

Looks the part.However item does not fit phone properly. S pen cover doesn't close, really irritating

It's see-through, light and cute! Only downside is that the speakers are muffled. But it's waterproof.

1. I did not like the case. It says it is waterproof, which I agree a little, but the part where the s-pen for Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is to stay close to prevent the pen from ejecting.. it wont stay shut and water can getin..2. After a week of using the phone in the case, people are having a hard time hearing you.. the speakers dont work well with this case.. when I took the phone out of the case they can hear me loud and clear..

Love the built in screen protector, and perfect fit. I wish they made these cases for tablets too.

Excellent phone case for the Samsung galaxy note 9. Overall quality and durability.

Thickness :This is a very full on, large case. It makes the phone much thicker and larger than even Otterbox.PROTECTION:-Sealed device, but make sure flaps are sealed- Case is thick and bulky, but the lip of the device is not terribly 'prominent, meaning the screen is still vulnerable to drops on the face. Less' prominent than UAG Monarch caseNegatives- Case interferes with iris scanning- Port cover for Stylus is the weakest cover in case design. It flicks open with minimal force from the finger nail, quite disappointing, but limited options on the market. Just a guess, but I reckon it'd last about 100/200 before it's very loose. This is a pretty big con for frequent stylus users like myself, but it's preferable to the stylus popping out spontaneously at the moment.Overall, who is this case for?- Those that have replaced their battery via third party and no longer have IP68 protection in the device- Those that need more greater water and dust proofing for their device- People with large to very large hands OR prefer using the device with two hands- Those with a stylus that spontaneously pops out frequentlyFinal thoughts :Not the most comfortable case in the world due in part in size, but the phone was already quite large to begin with. With more protection, it inevitably means a larger, thicker, and heavier case. Definitely reminds me of LifeProof cases.Is it worth the cost? I think so. I think the case will last about 6+ months before something fails.UPDATE :1. Case interferes with iris scanning function and renders it useless2. Port cover that covers the stylus port, main reason I purchased the case, does not stay closed and keeps flicking out. Very disappointed.3. Case occasionally and spontaneously attempts to separate, have to inspect frequently to ensure appropriate closure4. One good thing to note is that the case does well in keeping out moisture and mitigating sharp temperature spikes ie sauna and steam room, phone is still operational and less prone to overheat. Usually lasts 20-30 minutes with case intact, or only 10 minutes without adequate case protection.UPDATE #2:Just received a call on the phone with the case on. Oh my goodness, terribly difficult to hear the person on the opposite end.It's the tradeoff with the design for the case. Overall disappointing. Terribly disappointing. Only good for keeping water and dust out pending the ability of the case to remain shut and not spontaneously open the flaps =="
