Lightbulbs constantly fall offline. You literally have to be within 10 feet with your phone or they constantly fall offline. I have 300 Mbps internet and my router is close to the bulbs that constantly go offline. Very disappointed!!

After much research I finally jumped into the smart light world, now I wonder what took me so long! I chose Sunco smart lights for 3 reasons1) based on USA 2) they list a phone number & I actually talked to a very helpful representative. I had a problem with Smart Life app connecting, she told me to try Tuya app & call back of still having problems, that's impressive! 3) 5 year warranty (I'm 99% sure that's what's in their discription)The Tuya app worked great, it was harder dragging the big step ladder so I could get the bulbs in ceiling fixers than it was connecting the lights. Due to UPS shipping malfunction, and Amazon's amazing customer service I got 2 boxes of 6 each (I paid for all lights) I was able to get them installed & working before Halloween, but that's not why I got them I wanted them before we went back to standard time. Very glad I was able to. I was later getting home last night than planned so I got to test out the remote turning on lights before I got home. All lights I wanted turned on were on when I pulled in the garage, no dark trying to find the lights then unload the car.The whites are bright if that's what you need, the colors are lovely, I had my team colors on during the ballgame last night so much fun! I'm still playing with the colors & white lights. For a reference to the brightness of the lights, I generally have them only on 10% or less that's how bright they are. I think that's pretty efficient if I'm using them at 10% or less of their full brightness. Not a fan of ultra bright lights but you gotta then for some things....like makeup!Sunco lights have made this customer very happy. Their customer support via phone not just email is rare in ecommerce these days and my personal preference if I need help or have a problem. I would recommend these smart lights to anyone for consideration. I think you'll be pleased with the quality and the value of Sunco Light as well as their customer service, with a phone number (that's a big plus for me as a consumer). So far I couldn't be happier with this purchase, I'll update of needed, I just don't think I'll have to.Thanks if you read & found any help in my experience with Sunco Lights. Now I need to get lights for the interrogation blinding ceiling fan lights I'm hoping Sunco has that size bulbs.BTW these lights work with Alexa & Google mini I tried both. If Smart Life app doesn't do the job try the Tuya app, that's what Sunco customer support recommended & Tuya app works well for me..

I have more than 20 Alexa-compatible Sunco Lights that I am completely happy with. So, in May 2020, I decided to put a string of 20 around my upper deck. I lit them one when I installed them, and everything was fine, On July 3rd, I tried to do red, white and blue. Only 15 of 20 bulbs responded to color changes. Then, on Halloween, I tried purple and orange on every-other bulb. Again, only 15 responded. On Election day, I tried red, white and blue. Only 10 of 20 responded to Alexa. Today, November 6, 2020, 6 months after installing them, 7 of 20 are completely dead, 1 of 20 blinks on/off white rapidly and, 2 refuses to change to another from from bright white. THA'S A 50% FAILURE RATE IN JUST 6 MONTHS.According to the SUNCO ad on Amazon, they come with a "5-Year Warranty". BS, BS, BS BS, BS .......AND BS. Try e-mailing SUNCO support @ or calling support on their published phone number - GOOD LUCK!!!!!! Pay a little more and get a lot more. AND, if you don't believe me, look at their other reviews on Amazon.AMAZON - You need to drop this vendor!!! It reducing your credibility. I the scheme of things, loosing $200 does not does not me. Loosing faith in Amazon's credibility does. If you look at my $$$$ purchase record, this that you want multiplied.

At first I thought these bulbs were a total waste because I couldn't get it to connect to my phone, I later realized that it was on my part . I was so excited to have daylight energy saving, light color changing SMART LIGHT BULBS are amazing, but one thing I WOULD fix about this product is the fact, the the light bulb syncs with the beat a the music. You have stay in the music tab, and only one bulb sync to the music at a time. I would fix it as all the bulbs are able to synced with the music you play at the same time. AND are able to steer away from the app without stopping the sync, just like you can do so with the light changing colors slowly. Other than that, a cool product. Connects with my Alexa...although it doesn't work as well for me with Alexa, it is way better with Google. My opinion.

Works great in my small house. I love that these have section for adjusting the warmth of the white light. The colors in the multicolor option are bright and pretty. My Smart Life app indicates these have a music integration option but so far I haven’t been able to figure out how that works. Also if there is a lamp with more than one bulb you can group them so they turn on and off together. But there does not seem to be a way to do change the color settings simultaneously which is makes the color option nearly impossible to use from the smart life app. Interestingly Alexa can change the colors of both bulbs at once if you make a room set up in the Alexa app. But it’s hard to fine tune the color verbally.

Despite what the description says this product is NOT compatible with HomeKit. Completely deceptive and a total waste of time and money.

They work. Originally I tried to place them in a ceiling fan and they would not stop flashing like it was a disco it had nothing to do with set up they just wouldn’t work properly. I contacted customer service they sent me the information I needed to do a refund. Instead I just put them into a regular lamp and put my existing lightbulbs in the ceiling fan and everything works as planned.

Son muy buenos focos, la luz blanca es muy fuerte, agradable para espacios abiertos (sala,comedor,pasillos, cocina), para los dormitorios basta con bajar un poco el brillo y quedan perfectas, se integran con Alexa muy bien, nunca han fallado. En lámparas funcionan muy bien cuando los pones de colores diferentes, pero no esperes mucho brillo. Por ejemplo cuando pones un color diferente al blanco casi no brillan, pero se ven muy bonitos cuando estás viendo alguna película y dejas la casa en rojo verde azul. Muy fácil de programar, las recomiendo altamente.

El producto llegó bastante bien y el material es de muy buena calidad, el brillo es fuerte en la luz blanca y calidad, la de colores si es un poco inferior.Lo malo: La Conexión le quita absolutamente toda la buena experiencia al producto, se enlazan a la aplicación y con el WiFi pero a los pocos segundos quieres cambiar el color y se trataba y se pierde la conexión a cada rato, he pasado más de 3 días intentando conectarlos correctamente, pero es imposible, de los 6 focos solo uno me responde bien y es el que está en el estudio con el WiFi, los demas están ubicados en las habitaciones de junto que están a Metro y medio y es pésima la conexión.

Como todo aparato electrónico nuevo, batallas un poco para iniciar pero después es muy fluido y vas integrando por grupos de luces. Ahora con Alexa se apagar todas las luces o las asociadas al cuarto donde tenga Alexa.
