Kingdom Hearts Re:coded (light novel)

It was smaller than expected. That’s my only problem.

I have so far read all of the Kingdom Hearts manga and light novels, but this one was a bit of a disappointment in terms of design and appearance compared to the previous releases. I was hoping it would have a lot of illustrations, but there are only 3 aside from the color illustration page at the beginning. The art work is also a bit boring and less detailed as the previous books (such as a whole page of Jiminy Cricket rather than a major character).The story is good and the translation seems is about the same quality as the previous books, and I like that this book focuses a bit more on Riku in the latter half. It is shorter than many of the other Kingdom Hearts light novels (barely 200 pages). The chapter dividers are much plainer and simple, featuring the same art design on all of them. Overall, I would recommend this book to fans of the series, but it is not my favorite in terms of the content. It is simpler, art-wise and story-wise, than the other light novels.

This book is another great edition to the series! There's a few colour illustrations as well as black and white ones throughout the book too! A lovely book that bridges the gap between Kingdom Hearts 2 and Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, with a fab concept with Mickey, Donald and Goofy travelling to the world within the journal and also journeying with "Data Sora" and "Data Riku", and it's nice that they get their own book too!

Great read, a good addition to the kingdom hearts light novel collection. Although recoded was my least favourite kingdom hearts game, this novel really brings it to life and I love it!A great gift for kingdom hearts fans new and old, with an easy to follow writing style.May your heart be your guiding key.

Allora, come al solito premetto che la spedizione è stata eccellente.Per quanto riguarda la novel, come il gioco, rappresenta un grande scoglio per chi vuole continuare la saga. Non per l'inglese che è abbastanza semplice quanto per gli eventi del capitolo stesso. Ovviamente è necessario per continuare la saga quindi comunque lo consiglio!
