This is a sturdy well made machine for use with Polymer Clay. It’s the best one for the economy price. The Atlas 150 which cost a lot more is the only other one I will purchase

First time user, and it was pretty simple. Dropped a star because a couple a tweakes needed: 1. The handle keeps falling off while using. It's difficult to turn and hold the pasta at once. 2. The pasta folds under while rolling. It would be good if it was shaped to roll away, so I had a free hand instead of having to steer the flattened dough. 3. It's hard to read the thickness numbers. Make them a little darker? Overall very good and sturdy.

I love this pasta maker, though it's frustrating at times when the dough starts breaking or cracking, but that's not the machine's fault. It works just as intended, and it's added a new "weapon" to my arsenal of cooking equipment that is useful not only for its intended purpose, but for so much more! I've used this device to make wanton wrappers, Samosa sheets, and other dough related things that require thin dough sheets. The stainless steel construction makes it quite durable. My only complaint against this device is that I have shallow counters, and this works best if you have a countertop that can extend far enough out so you can clamp it properly.

This is my first time ever even seeing a pasta machine. I got it for polymer clay but I'm sure it would work just as well on pasta. The box was in good condition. The pasta maker is lovely. I love the red. It feels very sturdy except the dial where you set the thickness feels a little wobbly once you pull it out. That may be a normal thing that I wouldn't know because I've never used a pasta machine before. I took it out of the box, glanced at the booklet - basically, what is the thickest setting? Then I put the handle on and clamped it to my counter easy peasy. No instructions needed. However, the instruction booklet does have instructions for making the pasta as well as how to use the machine. I ran some Fimo clay scraps I had through it and it flattened it molto bene (I do not speak Italian but I thought that little bit of Italian was fun. I got it from google translate). The handle fell off a couple times while I was turning it but that might be a me issue since I didn't read instructions. It went back in easily so I won't knock off a star. It was super fun to see my clay go in an ugly lump and come out a nice slab. I chose this one because it had good reviews and was not too expensive at $29.97. I'm overall very happy with this little machine and I know I will put it to good use.

I was excited to get this item based on reviews. The box was damaged, smelled of moldy storage, hair on the box , manual damaged, spots of food on the packaging,…it was obviously a return and was not disclosed as such.

I like it, what you see is what you get. It's quite heavy, sturdy and the clamp is able to hold it in place tightly. Flattening pasta dough has always been the most difficult part for me so the press rollers are the most useful feature. The cutter is descent but it took some practice in order to get good cuts. Laminating the dough and adding flour during cutting helped. A nitpick I have would be regarding the handle. It's detachable so it can be used for the rollers and the cutters. I wish it had some way to lock it in place or some kind of magnet at the end because it frequently slips out of the groove when at rest and falls to the floor. It would happen a couple of times per session.

This item is sturdy, made of high quality material, and was a decent price. It has 3 different styles of pasta rollers and an adjustable setting for thickness of the dough. However, it is a pain in the a$$ to clean properly and takes quite a lot of work to get all the dough bits out. It rusted the first time I washed it but the rust came off with some oil. Keep this item properly lubricated and it's easier to clean and maintain. The crank handle doesn't always stay in place, it would be better if it locked into place and didn't just slide in as it has fallen out on me several times. I do recommend this item despite the minor issues I have had with the cleaning & crank handle. I use it all the time and do like the over all quality of it.

I like this pasta machine alot. It works well and is fairly easy to use. The only issue I have is how the clamp fits on the counter - it I didn't have a bar counter on one side, it would not have clamped on the side with all my drawers. I do have very deep drawers in my kitchen, so I think it is due to the extra height. Otherwise, it's simple to use, simple to clean and made my life SO much easier than trying to roll the dough out by hand. The crank turns with relative ease, so even with my physical disabilities I am able to use it.

The box was damaged but not the pasta maker Ian looking forward to making pasta again. I got the red pasta maker; I just liked the color. Bonus; stainless steel.

This little past maker is great! It’s super easy to use and didn’t take me long to figure out the little tricks of the trade to get the quality that I wanted. At a time when things like pastor in stores can be tough to find, and needing to become more self-sufficient is essential this is been a great addition to our household. I took the recommendation to get this pasta maker from a red sealed chef that I know. Best advice they could’ve given and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers! And happy dining.
