TORRO Tablet Case Compatible with Apple iPad Mini 5 Genuine Quality Leather Stand Cover with [Multiple Viewing Angles] [Wake/Sleep Enabled] 7.9 Inch 2019 Release (Tan)

When I first purchased the case in Spring of 2021 (over a year ago now), I was amazed at the quality of the leather. The back clip was hard to get to function and the leather on the edge split almost right away, but as far as aesthetics go, the case looks great. The inside is a different animal though.I use this case EVERYDAY, and have used it everyday for over a year. So as I'm holding the case in my hand with the flap folded back, my hand has rubbed away the material (leather?) on the inside. Resulting in what you see in the picture— a dingy look added to an otherwise great looking case. Not too mention, the top plastic part that keeps the ipad locked into the case do not give full coverage. So the ipad has been dented on each corner. While the case looks great at first, I would not buy it if you are a daily user.

I purchased the iPad mini cover as well as the matching pencil case. The quality of the leather and the overall workmanship is unquestionably top notch.There are a couple of flaws, though.- the case has a cutout in the front (in the Torro logo shape) which is quite jarring in it’s primitiveness. The cutout is not neat, you can see the underlying lining, and in my case there was also some grimy manufacturing residue visible on the inside lining, which would stain the finger (and surrounding areas) on touch. I have covered the whole thing with a sticker, but that’s not ideal.- the pencil case is a VERY tight fit, it needs at least a centimeter more in length.. And the magnet is not very strong, so I added some glue to hold it in place. Again, it fixed the issue but not ideal.Would have been 5 stars but for these flaws.

This is a gorgeous iPad cover-very well made, sturdy and attentive.The leather has a strong leather smell which has already faded. The leather is soft, comfortable to hold, and really attractive. It looks like a very expensive cover.The attachment for the iPad feels very strong and durable. It holds it very well I’ve owned a bunch of these types of covers and I’m very confident in this one.Worth every penny.

This was purchased as a gift - the recipient is very happy with it. It's nice leather and he loves the little "toro" cutout. The only downside is that it had a fairly strong leather smell for a week or two. I like the smell of leather but I know not everyone does.

I was really surprised at the quality of it.The last leather case I had some years back was not bad either but the joints, stitching and the support frame for the ipad is unbelievable. I’m rather fussy but the only thing I can find wrong with this is just a slight imperfection on the back but this could just be the groan or a slight scratch. The cover closes well & secure & aligns well. Even when you bend the cover backwards, the leather quality is good that it doesn’t leave any stretch or crumple marks on the spine. Money well spent. Wife wants to get the Torro iPhone case now!

Easy direct access to control buttons, charging port and auxiliary speaker connect. Camera and B/I speaker cutouts right where they should be. Beautifully finished leather. Seems sturdy. Durability can’t be evaluated, only time tells on that question. Quality touch grip with a soft leather feel and extends over the edges of the iPad mini just enough to fully protect it from dings. More like a fine leather book cover than a “ tablet case”. I downsized to a mini for more transport convenience, this TORRO cover perfects that intention. WELL DONE.

This is a great and authentic product. I have purchased many leather products for my tech and I can honestly say that this one definitely has that beautiful leather smell more than any other. It is perfect size and has felt very durable so far. It is not cheap but definitely a quality product.

Great real leather fast service

Lovely leather case, iPad fits snugly inside the insert which has a nice soft feel to it not brittle plastic. I have added a matching colour elastic strap to keep securely closed which works well. All in all a lovely case ,especially if you love quality items and leather!Update Jan 2020: The plastic interior has started to break , partly missing on one corner and I can see a crack on the other where it looks like it will break sometime soon. I have only taken this case off once since owning in May and it’s never been dropped ,the rest of it looks great just don’t know how long the iPad will stay firm in the casing with bits breaking off!Slightly disappointing considering the cost. Downgrading to 3 stars due to longevity worries.Update Feb 2020: Back to 5 stars, cannot recommend highly enough, had an amazing customer service fromTorro regarding plastic insert breaking. New insert fitted now good as new.

The case arrived well packaged and is very well made. I chose the light brown colour for the latest iPad mini and it fits perfectly. The cut outs are accurate and the camera and speakers etc are all easily accessible. The clasp system at the rear for turning the case into a stand is sturdy, though the case wobbles slightly in the most vertical position if you press on the screen too hard. Not a problem you learn to use it gently. The only quibble, and it is minor, is that the volume buttons are a little hard to press as they are close to the leather back. Overall great and now thinking of a case for the phone!

For me it’s a no brainier. Buy an iPhone or iPad and then buy a Torro case. I have tried other makes over the years, but for me this brand always offers the perfect combination of excellent quality materials and manufacture, beautiful appearance and protection. I have stopped bothering to look elsewhere, frankly. Not cheap, but good quality rarely is and it’s part of the treat of a new device

Beautiful leather, brilliant fit, great protection. I also noticed a smell when it was first opened, to me it just smelled of cured leather and disappeared very quickly. Highly recommended this product, the best case I have had for an Apple iPad and I have had a few!
