Poor craftmanship
I loved the look and chimes for this wireless doorbell, however, it came with poorly built wood cover that had spaces between the box and the wooden "grid" design. I returned it and reordered as it is exactly what I want and the second one was even worse! Very disappointed.

Stopped working after a few weeks (less than a month).

Works fine...BUT
This door bell works fine but the installation instructions are very bad. The cover box was much too big for the base. I thought the cover for the battery compartment was missing, but there is no cover. I called product support and the person I spoke with was no help. I finally figured it out on my own how to install it.
