Beautiful, and highly functional
This set is perfect. It’s able to go from microwave to oven with no issue. I needed something that could go in my LG microwave with a lid. This is perfect!

New look, but same casserole
I managed to chip the lid on my old Corning casserole dish, so I replaced it with this dish. Although the size of the new dish is the same as my old dish, there are minor differences. The sides of the new dish are flared slightly whereas the older dish had straight sides. The lids are also different. I think that the lid to the newer dish does not seat as well as the older model. The lid is not molded in one piece and does not rest on the dish as the older casserole does. In fact, I think that the lid may be somewhat more fragile. Time will tell. I like the new dish just fine and would recommend it to anyone.
