The faceplate is perfect replacement as far as looks go. In the underside there were some leftover supports from the manufacturing process. You may have to cut them off with flush cut pliers. If you are having a hard time with fitment, take an extra close look at the one you removed next to the new one. There may be just one or two extra "posts" that will prevent a flush fit.

had to thread the areas where the screws would go before final reassembly, but once that was done, every thing was nice and tight. The opening for the start button was a little too large so there is a small gap between the button and the case but aside from that everything was good.

In one evening this PSP 3001 got a battery mod, a shiny new LCD, and this faceplate. No idea what the complaints are all about as everything lined up and went on perfectly. It also was 100% scratch and smudge free after taking off the protective films. Great product and I will be buying a couple more.

I was finally able to replace the faceplate on my psp after 12 years! It was well worth the money and it fits perfectly.

Doesn't fit properly and is dent in some areas. I have a PSP 3001 and this is meant to work for that but clearly it doesn't. Maybe I got a bad shell from this seller who knows but my experience was bad with this one.

Over priced ... But my PSP got brand new. Panel is exactly like original. Superb fitting as well.

Fits perfectly

Just as a heads up; the second film is held *very* tightly to the front lens, to the point I was convinced I was sent a dirty scratched up one which had been hanging out at the bottom of some bin. Otherwise a fine replacement for the original faceplate! However some stands are too high and had to trim them down so the console could close up properly.
