No thread sealant - it is not OEM part
OEM is name of the company, that is a strike for very misleading name. Also, there was no thread sealant as pictured.

Fast service.
Realized I needed one of these on a Saturday while working on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Ordered from Amazon and boom, part arrived on Sunday. Easy to install. Only giving it 4 stars at the moment. If I don't have any problems out of it, I'll come back and change it to 5 stars.

Working great.
Changing it out in my 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ was a cinch.By the way, all those guys that posted videos on changing it say to grab the connector with pliers and wiggle and yank until it comes off. So much easier when you discover the secret red tab that makes it release easy peazy. And, it will not fall off later because you broke the tab with the pliers.

OEM is the brand's name.
I THOUGHT I was buying genuine Mopar parts. After receiving part, I realized OEM is the brand's name. Not cool. Let's see if my low oil warning light in dash goes away or not. The part did arrive 4 days earlier than expected. It's been a week since replacing with "OEM" Brand part and so far, so good...

So far so good. Does what it should.
I purchased this for my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee that started to display low / no oil pressure. It would do it intermittently so i figured the sensor is a logical place to start and much easier then changing an oil pump. That was the issue. No pressure ---> put new sensor in and oil pressure back to normal. Has been functioning well. going on about 3 months now.

Doesn't fit Jeep Liberty 2004 V6 3.7L
I know this is not exactly a good product review since the problem was Amazon system saying it was compatible with my Vehicle. But I cannot rate it higher than one star simply because for most people this is a fix that you do only once on your vehicle, which means it that most people wont know how the original part looks until they have remove it from the engine, and by then is too late.I spend 30 minutes removing this pressure switch the first time because it had dirt on it and was kinda stuck on the car, after some struggling I was able to remove it only to find out it was not the right one, which meant I had to reinstall the faulty part return this item and wait more days for the correct one to arrive, since no local stores had it at the time. The correct part was this one http://amzn.com/B004JA7Q6I
