Q: Does this valve have a float position on one of the spools?

I believe it does, I spoke with someone from Chief and was told it did.

Q: Does this have float on all spools and if so are they adjustable?

There is float on one of the outside spools only. Only adjustment on valve is pressure relief for all spools.

Q: where this made usa??

It's made in Eastern Europe. I believe Bulgaria. Quality seems to be very good.

Q: Power beyond capability???. How low can relief be adjusted. First spool has float ?

The relief is adjustable from 1500psi to 3625psi, factory set at 2600psi. It does have power beyond capability. The power beyond plug is sold separately, part 220915, and is to be placed in the "N" port.
