I use these all the time when eating seafood, like crabs. They work well and are very sturdy

I bought this set for my first ever attempt at cooking whole lobster at home. Eating lobster is a lot easier in restaurants since they do some cracking before serving. The crackers were a bit flimsy for cracking into claws and knuckles. However, the picks were great for getting the meat out of the "mangled" claws and knuckles. The shears were handy for cutting the bands off the claws, but didn't try them for anything heavy duty. We didn't use the little red plastic tools, but they look like they'll be great for crab legs.

These items are appropriately sized and very easy to use. The array of tools is perfect. Made immediate use of them for a seafood boil. They worked out tremendously for everyone. Did not need any extraordinary effort to clean them. They seem very durable, and should last a long time.
