Awesome Cookbook
Easy to follow, simple available ingredients and quick to make. What more could you ask for? I especially enjoy the Creamy Vegetable Noodle Soup and the Potpie Noodle Casserole for the winter months. I like to support Bloggers who share their recipes free on the regular by buying their cookbooks. I have quite a collection and this is one of my favorites.

Fantastic plant based recipes
We're vegan but even if you are not there is a lot to love about these recipes. They are easy and fun. The recipes turn out delicious every time.

Great ideas for non-vegans too!
After following the author’s blog for years, I was delighted that she finally released a cookbook. We are a tried and true Texas family when it comes to meals - hubby is an avid hunter and I currently have 160 pounds of Axis deer in our chest freezer. But, I’m also a big fan of Michael Pollan's food rules: “Eat good, not too much, mostly plants”, and plain vegetable sides get old quick. This is where the magic of vegan and vegetarian recipes come into play for us - as unique and delicious ways to fill up at least 80% of our plates. My kids are 6, 9, and 11 and are average eaters - nothing too adventurous but nothing too bland and boring either - and they’ve enjoyed many of the recipes I’ve made from first the blog and now the book. I like that Jenn is a mom of three as well, and that her recipes are kid and non-vegan husband approved!

Flavor without the difficulty
This cookbook is excellent! If you follow a Whole Foods Plant Based diet, there are some substitutions you will need to make with these recipes, as Jenn uses oil. Other than that, her recipes are filled with flavor, and are never too difficult to make. She writes for family cooks, and that includes families where there are no children as well. She also has an excellent blog, "Veggie Inspired," which is both upbeat and inspiring, as well as being full of great new food tips. In addition to great recipes, this cookbook is very kitchen-friendly. It lies flat, and the pages are made of good paper-- it should last quite awhile!

Delicious plant-based meals your entire family will enjoy!
I absolutely love this cookbook! I do not fancy myself a good cook and don't really enjoy cooking, however, I hit the jackpot with the first recipe I tried (Rigatoni with Zucchini and Corn). Not only was it SO delicious, but it was easy enough to make that I would actually say I enjoyed cooking it! I made it in less than 30 minutes and the whole family devoured it. An added bonus was that I had all the ingredients to cook this without a trip to the store. I'm not a vegetarian but want to cook more plant-based food for my family and these recipes seem like a fabulous starting point for me.

Great, easy, healthy recipes!
After making several recipes from this cookbook so far, I highly recommend this cookbook. I'm gluten free and love my veggies even though I'm not vegan, so I thought I'd enjoy this cookbook. I was impressed to learn about some more gluten free substitutes that I wasn't aware of. The author gives substitute options to make recipes gluten free, which is quite helpful. The recipes are simple and easy to make. I enjoy the tips of incorporating kids in the cooking as well. Definitely recommend. I'm buying more cookbooks for gifts.
