This fit perfectly in my filter. Much cheaper than the name brand and I think it works a little better. My pool was crystal clear all season. I know I’ll be able to use the same one again next year.

Got a pool last year, which had a single Hayward filter included in the package. Bought this so I could swap the two.This one has held up better than the Hayward!It’s decent quality material. Fits perfectly. Easy to spray out. Filters as well as, if not better than, the Hayward. No regrets.Just ordered a second one to replace my Hayward since the top inner ring is broken and vibrates within the cartridge unit.

Nice filter, caps are molded evenly and fit filter housing well, not too tight or loose. I've had both problems before, but not with this Guardian product.Only complaint is that it's not a rubberized seal at ends where filter meets cap like the Hayward factory filters have. So far, that doesn't seem to cause any problems, but time will tell after a season of use in my rotation of filters
