HOT BLOODED LIVE AND RAW.
Excellent mid price live album from 1978,when Foriegner rocked hard and before the AOR took over. The disc contains the entire debut album plus 2 tracks from the (then) forthcoming 'Double Vision' album.Despite the raw live sound, the band are on form but you cant take away from Mick Jones stunning lead guitar, solos aplenty.Excellent notes from Malcolm Dome paint the scene at the Rainbow and it must have been a privilege to have been there, great stuff

Hot blooded live album
Foreigner prove that they are a rock band ...as good as the best of them...This excellent live concert recording demonstrates a slightly rocker and rawer sounding foreigner then more recent times .Having really enjoyed the blu ray version I thought I would try the vinyl.. Which is just as good .Especially their live version of starrider ....a nice double 180g vinyl which plays lovelyHighly recommend ..:-)

Feels like the first time (and this is close to it)!
This concert was recorded just prior to the release of their second album 'Double vision'. At this point Foreigner had a hard edge to their material that would gradually diminish with the release of each subsequent record. Lou Gramm roams the stage rocking the mini Robert Plant look. If you love their early stuff, this album is for you. For all the great songs they've done 'Feels like the first time' is still my favourite and it's featured on here. This is my favourite incarnation of the group with Gramm at the height of his powers.
