The swish of a net is one of the best sounds on the planet. Pour in points like the pros with the official net of the NBA. This net is hand-tied, with rigid loops at the top to prevent whipping. Built to handle the fiercest slams, it has a slightly stiff construction that softens up when you've earned the points.

This Net is Garbage.
This Net is so thin and flimsy that you will spend more time chasing down your made shots than your misses. Seriously, do yourself a favor like I did, and go to a local sports store and just buy it there.

Lasted about a week outdoors with moderate use. Do not waste money on this trash, feel apart, pissed I waste my money. Cheaply made.

Looks pretty. Bought in July, fell apart by February. The cardboard NBA logo lasted better than the net... Perhaps the hot Florida sun did it in.

Good product exactly replace the original one on the hoop, but better made...
Had a net on my sons hoop that is outside in the Florida weather 24/7. This replaced the original net that was up for almost a year before it fell apart from the sun and weather. As the hoop get used daily, a lot, this one was easy to install (never had done it before) and after being up for a couple of months, still looks and feels like new, even in the Florida weather so far. Will have to see if it outlasts the original one after a year...UPDATE: 10/2020 - I had to buy a second net as the first one wore out after a couple of years (which was very good for the Florida weather). But the newer net that we got disinigrated and fell apart in just a couple of months. The last one lasted a couple of years, this one fell apart in months. I am not sure if they changed materials or what, but it is not the quality it was. I will not be buying another one from them.

GREAT GREAT GREAT.
I have been through many basketball nets and I would like to say that this Heavy Duty Net is worth it. Not only is the color cool, but the quality is also really good. As soon as I felt the quality of the net, I knew that it would last. I will update if there are any problems that come up. My nets usually last about a year or so, but we will see how long this one lasts.

Very Satisfied Customer
I bought these to hang up at the main court in my Brooklyn neighborhood, which had suffered the indignity of having no nets at the beginning of this summer. These nets are awesome: cheap, well-made, and very easy to install. Granted, going from no nets to two brand new ones was bound to bring with it a considerable uptick in enjoyment, these nets have been hanging on the hoops since I installed them about seven weeks ago, and thus far they remain entirely intact on the rims and do not show any sign of fraying. If and when they do start to fray or look worn, however, I will simply go ahead and buy another set of them.

Dead on Arrival
This has the end TAPED. It is almost like the end of a shoe string that is reinforced/wrapped in plastic, except that it is just a clear strip of TAPE.After installing this brand new net, it appears to be broken because the tape came off so there is string hanging down where the loop used to be after the tape came off. Also note the top of the net (i.e. the red) also has a similar TAPED end. It is still intact for now but it is tape so I will not expect it to last too long.As far as durability of the rest of the net it is too early to tell but I probably wont get the chance as this will go into trash.

Hard to Complain about an ~$8 Basketball Net
My son needed a new net for his basketball hoop and my needs were simple... I wanted something inexpensive and eligible for Prime shipping. This met both of those criteria. This was very easy to install on our hoop. If I had one minor complaint, it would be that it could be a bit tighter. If you swish your shot, its momentum won't be slowed down hardly. My preference would be something tighter that would slow the ball down allowing it to drop straight down from the basket.I'm being picky here. Even though I may replace this with a chain net, I can still easily recommend this. It's $8.

Great Purchase for a New or Existing basketball System
Definitely a great purchase !The tri-colour net is a great length making your shots more pleasurable when the ball goes through the netting. The net it self seems to be well built and is holding out well in wet weather (need to test in winter conditions). Two things to keep in mind before purchase- The netting has come loose twice from the attachment points of the rim. This could be due to the thickness of the net coupled with the length that makes it susceptible to coming loose. Overall a very easy fix and should not persuade you to look elsewhere for another net.- The backboard I own is orange. Couple the red netting attached to an orange rim and orange backboard it becomes tricky to see at night.Overall this net should be on your list for anyone who wants to make their new basketball system just a little more official (NBA colours) or wants spruce up their old netting to give themselves a nice upgrade while shooting some hoops.
