Metal Targets 4" X 3/8"

Really a good target for rifles. It's a little challenging for handguns at 50 feet, especially if you don't have some sort of sight enhancement like fiber optics or at least an orange marker on the front sight. It doesn't seem to rust badly, and I can't attribute that to the paint because the paint gets knocked completely off frequently. I use fluorescent orange paint all summer, white in autumn (orange leaves, you know), and black in winter.Note that this one is a little too small to make a good ringing sound when you hit it.Hang it from CHAIN (not wire!), with the chain attached to the REAR of the target so it tips down a little in front. That reduces ricochet. If you use wire, you'll spend a lot more time downrange fixing your wire than you'd really prefer. Chain withstands firearms impact a lot better than wire does.

I received this steel target in the mail on time and in perfect condition. The 3/8 steel is strong enough to handle anything I throw at it and is just an awesome product for any shooter. I have put many rounds into this target and it hasn't even began to dent or become misshapen in any way.The only real "trouble" is finding a good, secure way to hang the target without having it swing too much after hitting it. However, that is not exactly a flaw in the product.If you love to shoot, you'll love this target.

Ordered 2 of these an 8" and a 6" 5days ago standard free shipping and they are here a day before promised. Well made, shipped well in their packaging. Can't wait to hang these and shoot the heck out of them. Being 3/8 thick I'm hoping to get good sound when hitting these with a 9mm. I ordered a 10 inch bulls eye a month ago and its a blast to shoot but the 1/2 plate is not too loud when you connect(probably deadened a little by the bulls-eye flap).. Two buddies and about a thousand rounds later and no evidence of damage or ricochet back at 10 yards with 22lr,mag ,9mm and 45acp.

Ordered a 4", 6" & 8" x 3/8" target plates. shipping was prompt. They were cut cleanly, the edges were square and free of slag. Have been wanting to go with steel plinkers to reduce costs of paper splatters, also being to be able to hear the hit and not have to always walk down to my stand to review shots. The plates have exceeded my expectations and will additionally reduce shooting costs. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Don't plan on the need to order additional plates (unless I want different size/ shape)!.

Actually shot it with a gun over and over and it won't die! Super strong, won't even leave a mark.

Great price, these targets take a beating and do not divot or leave surface damage. We have yet to really reach the limits to which you can abuse these. As of right now we have shot them with .22lr, .38, .380, 9mm, .40, .45, and .357 magnum. I will be ordering other sizes as we will be setting up some rifle ranges on the property in the near future.

These plates are perfect for plinking with my 5.56 AR. Easy to hang. The FMJ rounds do not damage plates. These should hold up great and they were an excellent value.

Was super fast shipping and a great product. It's great fun to shoot and be able to see and hear the results instantly. At fifty yards you had better have your MKIII aligned.
