I’m not a fan. This salt has crystals/grains that don’t break down well in food

For all of your salty needs.
This salt is so…salty. And not salty like your Aunt Brenda, who dislikes your life choices and gives unsolicited advice about skin tag removal. Oh no. This is salty like Poseidon’s tea cup. Sea-like levels of salty. If you need salt, look no further.

The proof is how much you need to make spaghetti noodles DELICIOUS
My first semester of culinary school we boiled water added salt and I added was I thought "normal" salt time to taste end of class. Somewhat inedible. Haven't had salt like that until now. First thing I did open package pour salt into boiling water and spaghetti reminded me of culinary school. Glad I purchased a little goes a long way with quality products

Poor container
Great product but sadly the container is inferior. This is my second seasoning from this brand, and the container lid arrived broken just like the previous one. Needs better quality control

Salty
I'm not sure how it is possible but my wife and I agree that it seems to be more salty than other kosher salts. Purity? Not sure.

Dissolves perfectly for homemade Saline Solution.
I love my Himalayan pink salt for all things cooking...but I wanted to make a homemade eye wash & salt wash for nettipot use to clear nasal passages. Those pink minerals in the pink salt (sea salt is the same way) are literally tiny, undissolvable mineral rocks. I've used it in my nettipot before, and got the dredges of my salt solution (rocks) stuck up my nasal passages, so I'd have to rinse again, and leave the dredges behind. There was no way I was taking chances with my eyes. When I saw this was just evaporated all natural salt, I knew this would work, and be of the same purity that I want. It dissolves perfectly for a homemade saline solution safe for eyes.
