This is My honest opinion/clearing things up
These. markers. are. awesome.I am extremely picky with my art collection and have a giant variety of PrismaColor Products. The ability of these markers is remarkable. They blend very easily and work great on canvas. The marker Caps:When it comes to the marker caps being strong. Yes they are somewhat strong but I rather have them like that than accidentaly opening up in my bag and dry out. They are expensive and amazing quality so having the caps strong is great for me. Although they aren’t twist off caps all you have to do is pull and rotate the cap and it comes off easily. The packaging:Yes it comes in a box, the box is very sturdy and has a handle. The box can be opened up easily but you can also arrange them in there each time and travel with them like that. OR you Can do what I did and buy a separate case for them. The Meeden 72 color marker carrier is great for them and fits them perfectly. The color:The color is AMAZING. I just recommend testing the color out on another paper to see the color. The sticker sometimes don’t match the actual color. HOWEVER another fault is that there were 3 duplicates. There were 3 black Markers. I’m not against it since you use black a lot. But honestly is pretty awesome and the color is vibrant. When blending make sure the color is off the marker, from the previous blend, before you begin on the new portion of the drawing.I highly recommend this product to anybody. It’s worth the price

Easy to grip!
I have nerve damage in my hands and the size of these markers work great for me!I love the coverage and evenness when using them. I struggled continuing my art with slimmer markers. These not only help with that but the quality keeps my art looking great! I use them often and don’t feel like they will dry out anytime soon.

These are high quality pens for serious work at a great price.
These are high quality pens for serious work. We saved a lot of money by purchasing them from Amazon. They arrived on time and were in perfect condition. So far all of the pens are functional with no instances of dryness. I rated them a 4 instead of 5 because some of the covers are hard to remove. This is also true of art store bought pens of this and other brands. I use a pair of pliers to gently twist and pull the cover loose: no big deal. I would rather have a tight cover than a dry pen. One other criticism is that there are too many greys (12).

Lovely markers
I love these markers! I had to work my way up to these. I have used the ohuhu brush markers to see if I'd like the brush tip and I do. I wasn't planning to get these just yet but there was a sale for the 12 pack at $15 during the holidays so I decided to get them. I am still learning so I use these sparingly for now. I swatched them, the colors are so pigmented and go down smoothly and evenly. The brush is kinda soft/spongy and is much nicer than the ohuhu brush but harder to control. Again, still learning. I love that there is a bullet tip on the opposite end versus a chisel tip. I am used to using a chisel/finer tip with Caliart and Bic markers. Also great that they sell open stock at art stores so I can add to my set with just the colors I really like... unless a larger set goes on sale for a steal. But I have plenty of markers for now. Also, I have their Premier, Verithin and Scholar pencils and I'm pretty sure the colors match. Blending markers and pencils is on my list of things to learn. Very happy with my purchase!

My new favorites!
I've use these for coloring books and absolutely love them! I have tried several brands of alcohol-based markers over the past year and a half, including Spectrum Noir, Sharpie, Bic, Blick Studio, and a #Coloring brand sold at Michael's. Of all of the markers I have tried, these quickly became my favorite. The brush tip is tiny enough that it can be used for even the most intricate designs and spaces. Yet it has enough flexibility to quickly fill in larger areas without leaving any trace of streaking. These markers color so smooth I've had people say my coloring looks like it was printed on a printer! They also have just the right amount of ink - not so much that they feel drippy yet not so little they feel dry. I've yet to have any run out after coloring at least 15 pages with them, so I'm hopeful they'll last awhile. The selection of colors in this set of 72 is good. There is a little bit of everything, though inevitably you'll find a few "holes" you'll want to fill by purchasing some additional markers open stock. The colors offered include really nice pastels, some medium tones, some dark tones, and a few brighter tones. Overall I find these colors a little more natural/muted than others, which is actually a refreshing change from Sharpie/Bic that tend to all be bright. There are still plenty of bright colors in this set, so don't let that turn you away - I just consider it a strong point in the versatility of these markers whether I want to color natural flowers, landscapes, or a bright geometric page.
