Good quality.
It has functioned as intended. DeOxit is the best.

Slider restored
This worked very well for me. Had a slider that i cleaned with deoxit d5. It worked again, but had become rough and loose mechanically. After applying the grease it is indiclsctinct from the sliders that didn't need cleaning. Has a lovely resistance and smooth action.

Brings back a damped feel
I used this after a deoxit contact cleaner on the faders of a vintage EHX Bass Microsynth pedal. It brought back a lovely damped feel to the faders. Now I am noise free with a great feel thanks to the fader grease.

Works better than anything for specific applications- NOT the same as F series fader lube!
If you need to damp (add more tactile resistance to) the feel of a slider on any electronic equipment with conductive metal contacts, look no further! Awesome for restoring the silky, precision feeling of the slide pots on audio mixing consoles, dimming variators on lights, etc. For instance, if you just cleaned a component with an electronics contact cleaner, you’ve most likely washed away any damping grease that was in there as well, so now youths control feels rough or loose, despite having cleaner contacts. This will restore that pro feel to the component while also reinforcing its signal conduction. Just make sure you can actually get the new grease where it needs to be BEFORE spraying any degreaser into the old component! Some parts, such as rotary knobs or encoders, have the grease sealed inside the housing, which is often meant to never be removed. To get grease back into these spaces is either an expert level job, or literally impossible without destroying the part. However, if you need to lubricate a crossfader or any other mechanism where less resistance is preferable, this is NOT what you want. Go for the deoxit F100 fader lube if you’ve tried the F5 spray and still want more slide. Both of those products are phenomenal, and I recommend both without hesitation. Same with this grease, but just do your research on whatever equipment you’re using this for!5-star product, but I had to knock one star because there should be more clear differentiation between this and the F series fader products, which Caig is usually very good about doing. They do specify the distinction, but the packaging of the fader grease visually seems like it belongs in the same family as the fader lubes, but it does not!

This is very hard to despence
I tried this for the first time. It's hard to get out of the syringe you need to compress the plunger very hard. It did make a very noticeable difference. After cleaning the sliders with F5 Fader DeoxIT they felt very 'crunchy' as they moved, putting a nice even coating of the FaderGrease on them brought them back to smooth and more like they felt 45 years ago when the equalizer was new! Great product.

Super expensive grease, and hard to dispense
Craig products are very expensive. I bought this to lube a series of faders for ca guitar amp. As an experiment, I tired this and a synthetic grease, after using a mild solvent to clean them.3 weeks later I can;t tell the difference.

I wish the applicator tube was a little longer and ...
I wish the applicator tube was a little longer and thinner - older linear faders can be deep. Apart from this, the product works well to protect and lubricate the fader.

Great Suff :-)
This with using the fader cleaner/lube first restores controls to near new condition, excellent stuff! Note; may need to shave the tip to get into some potentiometers.
