Three of the cells of the battery were thicker than the case of the battery and when screwing the bottom panel on all the tabs broke from the panel. Capacity and function was great while I waited for an OEM battery to arrive. I don't expect this to be a common issue as the other cell was fine.Edit: So I took the battery apart before recycling it, and the reason for the bulge became apparent. They left the really long tabs connected to the battery terminals and just tried to smush it together and push it under the cell, causing the battery to be too thick. While this is electrically safe, if they do this regularly you can expect many batteries to be too thick. On the circuit board there was one small solder ball on a via, it was on very strongly and would not come off with reasonable fingernail force.The good things I saw, all the soldering is done on the back side of the tabs, so no risk of a sharp solder joint puncturing a cell. Everything is nicely taped off to prevent wires from shorting out. There is no date on the cells, but the circuit board has a silk-screened date of 08/14/2019 so the battery was assembled very recent to my purchase.There is a black mark over the capacity and part number of each cell, but I was able to piece together the capacity, each cell is rated 13.07Wh, or 52.28Wh total. From what I experienced, and measured, accurate. The inside of the battery was very clean.Of not for the fact that it didn't fit in my laptop I would give it 5 stars.

Works well enough as a battery, only issue is that it’s not genuine and therefore system will occasionally identify no battery life left or other and get super laggy/hung-up.

Seem to work as they should! I'll update as the battery is used over time! Good purchase - so far!

Easy to replace and works perfectly.

I ordered with Prime and got it 3 days later....battery looks good quality and it works but my Dell Latitude E5470 would not recognized it shows AC connected-Not charging did alot of trouble shooting and still would not recognized. Dell fault for sure with their sensor and forcing us to buy their parts......

Died within 90 days - Will not charge

I got the battery it seemed to work great the first time then it wouldn’t charge again. I thought maybe I got a bad one I exchanged it and the second one did the same thing.

Battery works fine, hopefully it will be as good as the original one.
