Caravan French Twist Comb, Tortoise Shell

I have medium length wavy hair and this comb is perfect for holding up my hair in a twist! Love, love, love it!

great! takes some practice to get it to look nice AND stay up, but this stayed in all of prom, through jumping and dancing. looked great all night, and no hair pulling to remove!!

Put my hair up with it in a French twist and it actually held. I have a lot of hair and have been looking everywhere for a comb that can hold it up. This one did the trick. My only note is that although it says tortoise shell, mine was more of just plain brown. Not that I care; I have dark hair and no one is going to notice anyway. It's just worth noting it wasn't exactly as described.

Easy way to secure hair that is just above the shoulder or longer in length into a French Twist. It is lovely built of sturdy high quality plastic. It may take you a couple of trys to get your hair into a French Twist but the payoff is well worth it. Soon you will have a quick and easy elegant up do you can accomplish in just minutes. I had one of these combs years ago and am oh so happy to have found it once again.

Pretty, I love the color and the subtle labeling. I was looking for something to use without any other pins everyday for a French twist or bun using a French pin and have used a similar comb in the past. The actual item is lightweight but just doesn’t work for my longish, thick, wavy 2B hair, which is normally very easy to work with for French twists. The prongs aren’t sharp enough to grab the hair and stay in place. I tried stretching out the prongs a bit to help grab more hair but the comb feels curved or bent in a weird way that doesn’t sit well against my head. I think it might work better with shorter hair, but not for me.

I love this for my lazy hair days. Not only does it look chic but it works for when I had short hair and now that my hair is a medium length. It retains my hair very well and does not easily fall off if you put it in correctly. Highly recommend it!

There's a learning curve to using this. I have fairly long, fine hair. A little uncomfortable.

In order to secure a French Twist hair style, I used a comb like that I had for many years. Of all the new combs I tried, none worked to hold the hair in place for more than a short time. I was thrilled to find this exact comb. It arrived quickly and is the exact comb I had from all those years ago. It is wonderful to have a new comb and not have to rely on an old one. However, the old one has lasted! So hooray for the lasting quality. My hair is medium length and thick. The comb blends and holds.

My daughter has very long, thick hair and needed her hair in a pleat for a show. After a small amount of practice, the comb went in easily and held her hair in place for the duration of the dance show
