can I use different soap brand?

My 99% sure guess is no you would not be able to. This unit works very well and lasts quite a while because there’s only enough soap for one hand washing and no spillage. I highly recommend it.

Can I remove the dispenser from the wall and relocate it .?

Yes. The holder screws to the wall so all you need to do is remove the soap section to access the screws

How do I get the Purell E6 refill?

I get mines from WB Mason is Amazon is sold out

The battery is built into the soap refill containers. When the soap is replaced so it the battery.
