The media could not be loaded.  I love this set! The wooden racks are beautiful and the tiles are great. They're just the right size. They are made of a hard plastic, much like dominoes. I kind of wish the tile were also made of wood, but wooden ones might break because they would have to be kind of thin. The case is great. The wooden racks have a cloth-like sleeve to keep them from getting scratched. All of the items, including the booklet for score keeping, stores easily inside. My daughter is so jealous - she got me to start playing this game about a month ago (now we're addicted), and she had one of those cheap Rummikub games. This is 100 times better!When my set arrived, two of the tiles were broken which seems highly unusual given the material they are made from. I contacted the seller, and he responded within hours. I received the replacement tiles today, just 5 days after contacting him! I think that is GREAT service!What a great idea for gift giving. If you know someone who likes to play this game, or any other game like dominoes or rummy, this would be a great gift and it will last for years.I am very happy with my purchase, and so pleased with the customer service I received.

Beautiful set with magnificent woodwork. The tiles are sturdy and my favorite part is the difference in contrast between the blue and black tiles. It is a huge set. It’s too big for airline travel. It’s perfect if you are driving . It would have been a touch of elegance if the carrying case was made of some natural material. Canvas, burlap, thick wool anything is better than fake leather. Also it has a mediocre zipper. Zipper quality is very important.

We have not stopped playing since we received this great game set. It has traveled to 4 states and several homes. Highly recommend it!!

Very sturdy, thick wooden plates, nicely crafted. The whole ensemble is quite large, so less ideal to travel with.

The black tiles have white paint on them and the quality of the tiles feels very low. The tiles look very different than the photo not the same! Also, there is a crack on one the board which can be seen easily. I was expecting a better quality for the price I paid.
