AORStrontium Support II, Mineral Support for Bone Health, Vegan, Non-GMO (60 Caps)

I'm happy with his product as my OP has stopped it's progression and I have not had any more spinal fractures in the last 5-6 yrs I've been taking this. I find if I forget for a few days (which sometimes happens with all the changes with the Covid-19 changing requirements here in California USA), I do get bone pain, but within 2 days of starting up taking it again, bone pain is gone. I do take a lot of other supplements, including Serrapeptase & K2 with d3 also I take natural vit.C,Coq10, B12, Iron, & several others. Also I'm gluten and sugar and dairy and red meat free diet and I drink fresh squeezed lemon water all day long.(It's a lot to give up, but I'm pain free!) I'm guessing they all work in combination because at 74 I get around well, even with arthritis and I'm now working on improving my memory. BTW I've found that Lion's Mane works well to improve memory, so far. Hope that helps some others.

Unfortunately I am unable to take Strontium. Tried at least 5 different brands all giving me diarrhea unfortunately...

Wife got great results 14% gain in the bone density scan after 2 years. Take calcium mag and d3 at other time of day if you take strontium.The previous tests showed her losing bone mass quickly. Then on this stuff she gained 14% in 2 years, not much change in diet or exercise. So we think it is strontium. But get this kind, not the strontium kind your doctor read about 20 years ago that is not very helpful. You want the strontium citrate not silicate.She still takes it cause it is way better than taking fosomax (sp) cause fracture rates do not improve with the drugs, they just get brittle and denser with drugs.

Both my husband & sister in law HAD osteoporosus. Sister in laws was in early stages, now gone. My husbands is quite advanced but after 18 months bone density is up 30%. Do take a well rounded calcium suppliment & krill oil as well. It is a synergistic combo.

My wife has been on Strontium Support for years and it helps to keep her away from the prescription bone builders which come with a wide assortment of nasty side effects. At 73, she is doing her 1 hour daily treadmill walk right now!

I have been using this product for a few years and combined with vitamin K2, it has reversed my osteoporosis and I am now in the osteopenia catagory- my Endocrinologist is amazed and encouraged me to stay with my program!

Good stuff. I think this is really important for strong, healthy bones.
