WhelenEngineering TIR3 Series Super-LED Lighthead - Red

Installed on a Honda F6B, in place of the rear reflector, as an additional brake light. Used the rubber mounting grommet ("RGROMMET" accessory/which makes the light sit flush). Wired with a GS-100A LED flasher; really bright and works well with the flasher. My only issue with the light is that off-angle viewing reduces the intensity a lot - so you want to figure out how to mount it relatively "flat" to the cagers behind you if that's possible. Super-fragilistic bright. Holy Cow.

Also using this as an auxiliary brake light on a motorcycle. Easy to mount and wire up. Had one on my previous bike, still working after five years when I sold the bike, bought another one for the new bike. It forces people to see you. You will get noticed. Check with your state laws regarding motorcycle use.

The light works as advertised. The connections are generic so they have to be spliced into existing connections. I am happy with this purchase.

I used this to replace the red reflector on the rear fender of my Goldwing. I hooked it to the rear stop light circuit using a 4 pin connector so I could get the fender off later, if I had too. It is bright and gets your attention.
