This product is very easy to use, and its small size makes it practical to take with me anywhere. I have never used the kind of tester that requires blood, so I have no comparison with that for accuracy at this time. I will say that it beats the strips you urinate on! The unit comes with extra mouthpieces, and a nice pouch to keep it in, in purse or pocket.

I'm on a 14 day fast, just water and im getting readout of 14.results are all over the place and nothing outside of low ketones

I like this portable Ketone Breathalyzer! It has been accurate and the size is perfect and easy to carry with me wherever I go. I have been on the Keto diet for 2wks and the Idea of checking my ketones with a blood sample was not for me. This is a great product for me—I can use it as many times in the day as I want and it doesn’t require the chem strips which are an excess expense! Love it and have already recommended it to my sister and she’s now loving hers too!

Tested it when eating Carnivore and numbers were all over the map but mostly within the 10-40ppm indicating I was in ketosis (which i knew based on diet). Then I came off for several days eating all the carbs i could fit into my meals, and did a test, this meter read 11 and 13 during my two tests.

I liked that it is small and portable. I use first thing in the morning for the best results

The accuracy is all over the place with this meter. It may have been returned for not working properly because the batteries were already in it AND one of the mouthpiece bags was torn open with two mouthpieces just laying there in the box! 😱🤮 returning it tomorrow.

This device had me thinking I was in 5.0 and even higher ketosis until I purchased a blood ketone monitor which correctly read me at around 1.5.Wasted a month on this stupid product, while attempting to get my pre diabetes under control. Plus, the directions warn that 5.0 is ketoacidosis - a medical emergency.Then they tell you that the device needs a chip replacement and calibration or whatever.Yet another product that ships with nothing amounting to a suitable user guide. A miniscule slip of paper written in broken english.
