I love this! It's fun to watch and smells great. I have to say, though, the incense included with the holder doesn't work all that well (hence four stars). However, I bought a bunch of backflow incense and the 'extras' I bought work great! You can actually see it flow down like pouring water.Updating... so, the fourth use, it wasn't working. I noticed the tray was getting gummy, so I cleaned it. I had to use a paperclip to clean the hole, but I'll get pipe cleaners. Anyway, mine is copper. This may not happen on the ceramic designs. I've also noticed that the cones that came with it have off center holes, which might be why they'll don't work as well. You have to line up the hole in the cone with the hole in the holder. Other than n that, I really do love this!

Super cute! Nice and small as I wanted for my home office desk. Used an incense backflow cone I already have and it works perfectly. I also received a little extra gift: incense stick holder. (You can see in the pictures) Order Saturday and received Monday. Lovin everything about this little waterfall. Needless to say very happy with my purchase. Will try one of the incense that came with it one day. Not in a rush after reading other reviews.

Beautiful piece, but be aware the cones it comes with are tiny and the smoke only lasts about 5 minutes.

It looks great and works fine as long as there is no draft; then the smoke goes everywhere. Also the backflow doesn't work with regular cones; you have to have the ones with the hole on the bottom.
