Ummm...it's a little smaller then I thought it would be - I thought the handle would be a bit thicker. That's what I get for thinking. Still...for the price...it works and there's 10 of them. Sturdy for sure. Perfect for a large party with lots of Spreads and Butters...no double dipping if you got a Spreader. Now I just need to get some more friends to have that large party I talked about. ;)

I mean, I know it says 4"...but they're so much smaller than I expected. The blade is about the right size to spread butter on a Ritz cracker. Anything bigger, like toast, and you'd get butter all over the handle, or you would have to turn the toast several times. And if you have medium or larger hands, I think it would be frustrating to try to hold on to them for anything more than a couple swipes. However, I guess they're not intended for larger surfaces; I should have bought something different for my purposes.They are cute and don't look or feel cheap; there are no rough, sharp, or unfinished surfaces, no visible glue or solder. The blade is sturdy and doesn't bend much. Now that I'm examining them more closely, they would be perfect for those mini-jars of preserves or shallow dishes of pate, hummus, spreads, etc: they're light enough that they wouldn't tip anything over if you leave them in the container.These would also be perfect for children.

I received a lot of spreaders for the amount I paid and the wooden handles hold up great in the dishwasher, but several already have rust spots after only a couple month's use and two have fallen apart. Great for temporary use, such as on a buffet table.

I really liked the look of these and thought it was a good price. The problem is, the spreader piece comes out of the wooden handle making for a potential danger. They aren't sharp so my goddaughter was eating off of one when it came apart, almost falling in her mouth. It's a shame because I liked the size, look and price.

I can't recommend these because they aren't very durable. When the handle came off the first one I thought it was just a fluke but when it happened to 4 others I just stopped using them .

The spreader knives are just what I wanted...although they’re just a tad smaller than I had hoped for; Not a problem, will still get the job done when needed.

For the money, these are fabulous. They work really well and are easy to clean. You don’t need to worry about leaving them behind at a party, because they are not expensive. I use more expensive and more decorative spreaders at my own gatherings. However, they are usually much harder to clean than these.

It's not what I expected. Purchased because hubby had broken my knife but this was a poor substitute - he even refuses to use them. Much smaller than it looks - almost like it should be in a child's play kitchen.

Nice butter knife, great for all kinds of spreads, great value.I’m using it to pick up sauce/paste/puree, cut butter/soft cheese, just so tired of washing countless spoons everytime I cook, this is my saver.

Exactly as pictured. These were perfect icing spreaders for my daughters birthday party. Very sturdy and good quality.
