Would these work on 16 gauge mild steel?

So I used these to hem a metal roof which is around 24-26 gauge. That is the only thing I had used them for. Sorry I don't know what the heaviest gauge these will work comfortably on with out having to use a brake. Maybe someone from Malco can respond.

Could you bend 1/8" aluminum with this, or is that too thick?

It can bend .032 aluminum very easy but I have never tried anything thicker than that.
