Vance And Hines V02 Naked Air Intake 2014 Touring Air Filters Pn:71029

Nicely made product with fit and finish excellent. However I bought this because I wanted the stock 2015 Airbox cover on the bike. After the install I was able to use the front half of the airbox cover. Since this product makes the air filter stick out a few inches you're now able to see the unsightly throttle body. I don't like this look at all. Not sure if I'm going to keep it on and make some mods to hide the throttle body or go back to the stock airbox. Time will tell.

In the higher speeds I can definitely tell my Harley 103 grabs more speed, I do have this air breather matched with the FP3 fuel pak and the Vance & Hines exhaust (which I highly recommend) engine sounds great getting lots of air in, lots of exhaust out, and when I give it the throttle I can tell the speed climbs faster. No dyno or anything but a great addition to becoming this stage 1 Harley.*Changing the air intake will mess with your air-to-fuel ratio. Highly recommend getting a programming tuner (Vance & Hines allowed me to plug in my exact equipment by name)And an exhaust. (Also recommended Vance & Hines for this as well, the FP3 fuel pak will have your intake, exhaust and options to choose from programmed in.)Overall I like this filter, adds performance. I will be adding a skull cover for looks, but riding just fine right now, naked.Only recommend V&H Because this is their air filter, I would buy a tuner from whatever exhaust company you go with, you'll be able to select high flow intake and that will be correct with what ever company you decide.

So easy to install. Be careful with the rubber hoses, make sure you pull them through the top hole's in the plate and wrap them into the throat if the intake (in front of the silver cone). If you don't pull them through it doesn't look right and you'll spray oil all over your motor. Went on easy after that and you'll need to install the mount to be able to use your HD stock air intake cover.

I’ve always used V&H parts and with this purchase I’ve still yet to be disappointed. Sucks a ton of air, best part is being able to use stock cover.

Very pleased! I have read some reviews stating that this would stick out a little further than stock and complaints that it bothered them because it was against their leg. I didn't really notice this and like the fact that I was able to use the stock cover. I do need to mention that I have the kuryakyn 3/4" floorboard spacers installed. Without this I might have noticed the difference.

Seemed like a quality product how ever my kit came with missing parts.Had to send back. I ended up going and picking up a SE Stage I kit for about the same price. I prefer the Harley set up which eliminates the rubber breather hoses. Can't go wrong with V&H though.

Works great on my fhltk ultra limited 2014. You can hear the bike breath better. Requires a tuner just FYI any air intake will need one.
