AVOID....AVOID...AVOID! This product is a health HAZARD & should be discontinued!
This product has DAMAGED my once very good healthy hair.I brought it because it says 'No lye', it's regular and supposed to be gentle. This product immediately started to BURN my scalp as soon as my hairdresser put it on my head, this resulted in the relaxing process not been done properly because I couldn't bare the pain. We immediately washed the chemical out, even the water touching my scalp was PAINFUL as I had sustained sores. LOTS of hair fell out during the washing process....I then thought to put aloe Vera conditioner in my hair overnight to soothe/ease the pain.The next morning, I washed my hair and wrapped it in silk scarf. 2days later, when I took the scarf off, my hair was all STUCK to my scalp...I had patches of sores from my scalp been broken from the product.My hair has since been falling out rapidly when I comb it or EVEN run my fingers through.I contacted Amazon to put in a complain as I may have to take legal actions, Amazon are currently investigating this matter; They advise I notify the seller which I have done in the 'Return' section.This is causing me major distress at the moment; I am now in a position where its looking like I have to cut off all my hair (skin fade) so new hair can grow from the roots. I have also developed a complex and have been wearing headscarfe since.Amazon should NOT be allowing people to sell dodgy products on their site, particularly when it relates to health and beauty.

Love it!!
I always use this every 6 months to allow my hair to regrow but it's so gentle on my hair and it relaxes perfectly through my hair always comes out looking amazing...... Its my favourite and I find it to be the best!!
