I ordered an optical cable that was to small for the optical outlet's on my Vizio TV & sound bar. I read a review on this stating it was to large for their item. This gave me the confidence to buy for my set-up and hopefully you too if you own a Vizio. Sorry don't know the fit for other.

No problems with this cable. I needed a shorter cable for connecting the TV to the receiver for audio, and this was one of the few deals. The cable was well-made, with molded connectors and a little bit of strain relief. I pulled it through from the TV, behind the drywall, and to the receiver in a cabinet below, and had no worries of abrading the fiber core or pulling the fiber from the connectors. It came with little removable molded caps on the fiber ends to protect their polish. No complaints. Good performance. Cheers!

Don't waste your $$$ at the big box you know who I am talking about!!! These are the same product, just not in thepretty boxes that cost you double, yes I said double!!! Do you homework people, dont be in a hurry to buy all those cables that the TV store told you they have, go home and research them oline. Save yourself some cash!!!I did, and hubby was really happy!!! Why pay double the cost!Great Product !!!

We bought a TV without an audio output. This connects the Samsung TV to the AVOL sound bar and works great.

I've had this for a few months now and no issues. It works great and feels sturdy. Very happy with it.

does not fit my tv. it keeps falling out of the tv and the surround system. what a waste of money even through it is $4.00.
