First off, out of the box you have to assemble your headphones and figure out which is right, which is left, then do the same for the cable.The earpieces sealed in my ears but they would easily fall out if I even barely touched them.The cable was a mess and didn't want to really stay around my ear (you have to bend it yourself).And now the audio experience:Lacking sound stage.Lacking clarityI can't see anyone using these as in ear monitors, they suck. General music was... meh. I know some people who would find this acceptable but it really really isn't if you compare it to an AKG K240.GOOD:Smooth removable cableSealed in my earBAD:Poor sound stagelacking sound clarityOverall, not worth it for me. Sending them back.I suggest these if you actually need in ear monitors on a budget: RevoNext QT5

My amazing bassist is always TOO LOUD !.. 5 years we've dealt with this. FINALLY the problem is solved. I came out of monitor mix 6 to a used 60 dollar headphone amplifier. Ran a 20 foot cable to a mic stand a few feet behind him (so the wire doesn't bug him) then to these ear buds. He can now turn his amp down to a comfortable level on stage and hear himself perfectly well with these ear buds that cost me $39... here's the real kicker , I told him I paid $250 for these LOL .. he loves them and so does the rest of the band... he has everything in his ear mix and we are a rock band. This was a $39 experiment that totally paid off ! Great tone and db level .. they stay clear even at high volume. Who wants to pay $500 for ear buds? .. These work just fine .. I don't believe any other low price ear buds will give you the same results... definitely buy these !

Having a heck of a time keeping a proper seal. Couldn't use the original ear tips, as they didn't do anything but sit on top of my ear canal, which did not provide a proper seal. Purchased some "christmas tree" type silicone tips that get deeper into my ears, but moving my jaw in the slightest cause the seal to break (in addition to the itching after ~5-10 minutes of use).I'm honestly not sure where to go from here -- The audio quality, when I can get a good seal, is great. Just need to find a way to get a better / more comfortable seal.

As it is with any electronics, I don’t expect anything to be 10000%, so I won’t trash the rating until I can find a solution.Lo and behold, the item came perfectly packaged. I bought this for my personal monitor to play for church. The sound quality is very good, noise cancellation is good too. But the left earpiece went in and out the whole time, especially when I move my head. It was very annoying. The right earpiece was okay. Although I survived 2 services by relying on my right earpiece, I was very annoyed.I called customer service the next day and I got an impeccable service. Replacement earpiece will arrive in a day, and I get to return the defective one. It was very very easy to solve this.Hence, I will give sound quality and customer service 5 stars.But overall, I give it 4 stars. Not bad, right?

Been looking for in ear monitors, thought I would try these. They did not sound good to me. And they seemed like there were not stereo. Was strange. I compared to 3 other iem's, some cheaper some more expensive and these were the worst of the bunch. Maybe I just got a lemon pair. I can't recommend with the experience I had with them.

Very comfortable once you adjust ear loops and get used to them. I use these to listen to binural beats while sleeping. No pressure on ears and can lay on the pillow without discomfort. Next version should be wireless earbuds of same design! Sounds great and because of good seal no outside noise gets through.

I use these professionally and they sound fantastic. They are anti tangle with a high quality braided cord, and very durable, they have lasted me a good while now. Thanks to the folks at basn for an in ear monitor that doesn't cost hundreds but performs like they do.

This is my first time using this brand. I came across this brand while researching affordable headsets and decided to give them a try since these were highly rated .. the sound is very clean and clear with no boomy sounds with base .. I really like the way they fit into my ear. Give these a try if your not up to spending a 100 bucks on other brands... hey these were only 37 bucks you can’t go wrong.

Pleasantly satisfied with the sound for this pricepoint.The cable seems silicon sleeved and has a pause/play button. You may use the included collar clip. It also include about 3 pairs of spare silicon tips.Not a fan of MMCX connectors but as they are adopted by some other mfg'ers, other cables and bluetooth from 3rd parties are available.The sound is acceptable for me, but my expectations were low. It's well balanced, and not fatiguing. Though, audiophiles may find it lacks some 'air' in the higher spectrum and instruments separation. This is to be expected for a single tiny diaphragm. I thought there were 2 drivers in these but it does not seem to be the case, as you can see (with a backlight) through the plastic.

These fit very comfortable in ear and have acceptable isolation but they sound like your listening through a wall. Very muddy sound quality despite lack of bass. I'm used to some more expensive iems and it's been a long time since I've bought cheap ones so maybe they've ruined cheaper ones for me and these are actually decent for the price but to me they sound absolutely terrible.

I thought the headphones sounded great, they fit really comfortably and I would recommend them for people looking for a good quality, comfortable headphone. They lack a bit of high end but it's not too bad, they still sound good for everyday listening. I was on a zoom call and was told that the person on the other end kept hearing themselves back, and everytime I tried playing music locally they could hear it as well. I swapped to my apple headphones and they said my voice sounded much clearer and they couldn't hear themselves, or the music at all. Not sure if that was a problem with the shielding or if it was my computer issue, but I was looking for a more comfortable headphone for video calls, and will be returning these. As everyday headphones they were great though.

These are a million times better than I thought! I lead music at my church and we have terrible in-ears. I decided to buy my own pair in hopes that I would actually be able to hear the instruments (and voices). I've only used them once so far and it was probably our best worship set yet! I could hear harmonies as well as the other instruments (and my guitar!). The only reason they aren't five stars is because they are a lot bigger than I thought they would be and I have pretty tiny ears so they hurt my ears after wearing them for a few hours, but so does everything!

for the price there are much better options, the provided silicon ear tips are the wrong size for the earbuds and dont fit, the cord is cheap and gets tangled easily and destroys the sound quality you will have to replace it. and expect the connectors on the ear buds to break in about a month making them worthless. get something else i am very disappointed.
