LG Tone HBS-930 Platinum HD - Bluetooth Headset Sound by - Harman Kardon Wireless Stereo Headset - with Car/Wall Charger USB, Ear Gels (Refurbished) (Black)

This is my sixth LG Tone. I use this for everyday business and personal conversations and have done this since the original LG Tone came out. This is my sixth one....and it is the worst. Everybody tells me my voice is muffled. It gets better when I turn my change rooms or turn my head but it’s completely random. I took it off and went back to my old HBS 760 and it sounded great. I would never change from that but I want the retractable. The HBS 910 was awesome but it seems to be non-existent anymore. So if you want this headset for music only, it may be okay. Otherwise, find something else. Even the $25 cheapies were better than this.

Love the quality of sound. Good base still for how small the earbud is. Crisp sound can hear all the little details all the notes and tones.

Great sound but mic didn’t work

Descent battery, connects easily, sound and noise cancelation are pretty good. Overall pretty satisfied with the purchase
